The UI is intuitive and hence user-friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to duplicate segments, canvases, campaigns is helpful. The ease of usage is also something I appreciate - whenever there're new features, it's easy to onboard and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't use to be a problem, but recently, we've been experiencing slow-loading campaign/canvas pages. We figured it could be because we did not stop and archive the older campaigns and have started implementing that. We were also trying to extract copies and creative together with engagement data to do content analysis for optimisation, but there's no easy way now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable sending of communications to our customers and users. We've now seen fewer delivery issues than when we used a previous tool. Productivity in the team has also increased because we no longer have to count segment size separately - we can immediately see the send segment size at the campaign level before send.
Braze is a good tool. A suggestion is to have a chat for support and to make it more intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the emails are sending very fast. Its not necessary to wait for hours until all the emails are sended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is does not have a support chat for quick questions. And I don't know if you have live training sessions, some CRM tools have it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Braze I can send emails very fast, but I'm facing a lot of integrations issues.
Great company with a myriad of quality campaign tools
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is incredibly accessible, and the platform offers tons of reporting tools that can be used by everyone, including non-technical employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, our company has encountered technical issues that took a while or could not be solved. However, most have been.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized communication. This is helping us build rapport with our users, and in turn, we see higher purchase conversions.

Multi-channel touchpoints, as well as being able to pull in different content with liquid dynamically.

-Liquid can get too tricky
-Wish I could see the dropout of a cohort via campaign targeting instead of having to view in segments

-New canvas flow - being able to use different persistent entry properties.

One Sharp Multi-Channel Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is both user-friendly and feature-packed, a rich platform that hasn't let me down so far. Working in the tool is a pleasure, and so is dealing with our support team: Alex Madda is everything one could want in a rep. Safe to say, I've found my professional happy place with Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find a negative. The closest I came is the inability to link directly to a template within the platform externally. One can link to campaigns, segments and canvasses - just seems like a missing piece that I'm sure will be updated eventually.

The ease with which we can initiate a multi-channel strategy is a huge optimization boost.
Very good plattform with many useful features
What do you like best about the product?
the E-Mail Drag & Drop Editor and in general to have everything in one plattform. I am currently as a one-man show in CRM at my company and braze enables me to orchestrate all relevant communication channels at the same time. It helps me to easily set up automated user flows based on user attributes, real-time events and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes it seems that they are not taking into account that many e-commerce companys have thousands of different products. The definition of a purchase and how it is handled technically is not ideal.

braze helps me to orchestrate all business relevant channels in one plattform without the need of many human resources!
Braze should definitely be the Campaign Management Tool in your MarTech stack
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other marketing automation tools in the market, Braze has one of the most intuitive, user-friendly interface which makes building a complex customer journey easy. While it takes some time to understand the documentation, the use cases are generally clear and easy to follow.
The biggest shoutout to the success of using Braze attributes to the amazing onboarding and customer success team members who have been instrumental in providing training and guidance steps, which are both critical to the adoption of the platform at an Enterprise level in less than 6 months!

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to using Braze, and as with all platforms, it is not easy to drive it forward in the beginning. An example would be the understanding of using Liquid to harass the full capability of personalization in Braze, but for an uninitiated marketer, that would be a very daunting step to overcome. While there are different ways to configure a setup in Braze, the more elegant approach or solution would usually require some development help or technical support (e.g building of APIs or data ETLs) which might not be at the disposal of every marketing team.
That said, there are still good low-lift solutions which are native to Braze and could be implemented with the support of Braze onboarding and the customer success team. I would strongly recommend it due to their high level of commitment to success.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is an all-in-one customer engagement tool which allows the team to effortlessly orchestrate multi-marketing channels (i.e. Email, SMS, IAM, Push notifications) in a single customer journey view and the ability to scale up with different experimentations designs using drag-and-drop features. Implementing Braze SDK (by collecting data points) into our mobile app/website has also enabled us to transit from the current tactical campaigns to building more data-driven, customer-centric customer lifecycle campaigns. Another big plus of using Braze is how the platform ingests data that allows content personalization on the fly (via APIs) that supercharges our hyper-personalization roadmap.

Ease of use of the canvas designs and campaign design. Excellent support from the Braze team helped us grow our business with best practices. Also, we had good controls from HQ to manage local markets

More integrations with other channels like LINE for the Asian markets

Effective customer engagement with reliable journeys. We have seen our customer engagement increase with our increase usage of the tool.

The platform is cutting-edge and provides Prestige Holdings Limited with a competitive advantage in Trinidad and Tobago. The platform is very technical but we understand its value. I like:

Some of the systems are very technical but with the support of the Customer Success team Prestige Holdings is overcoming.

What do you like best about the product?
Use of push, email, inapp and sms that meet our expectations.

Be completely in English. We have a lot of users in Brazil, we miss Portuguese.
