What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an intuitive platform with robust features regarding customer engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is room for improvement in the reports section, as well as a feature for automatic saves

Braze is helping me reach my customers and get insights in how they interact with our communications

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for the Canvas flows and the constant improvement!
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing and analytics are limited. Also Klaviyo's flow use is much easier where you can pause and resume flows without exiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating a one-stop-shop for our lifecycle platform. Its cross-functional and generally easy to use.

It's an all-in-one tool for CRM - it's web/app capabilities make it very seamless for the customer experience.

Reporting needs some improvement especially YOY view.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has robust segmenting, targeting, journey building features, and the client services team has a strong understanding of the product. The UI is intuitive; the help content is actually helpful, and the integration in amplitude makes it very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality feels overly complicated, and it's fairly basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us improve consumer engagement through testing, and building personalized lifecycle programs.

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful potential with easy-to-navigate segment/features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Levels of supports from technical, documentation, implementation/integration and direct. Reporting features in Braze is sub-par!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opening doors to creating customers' journeys communications and direct marketing. Braze provides an avenue for navigating through customer's data.

Good tool for mobile CRM

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for everything it allows, push notifications, email marketing, personalized content, event tracking analytics. It is very comprehensive, and what it does, it does well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there's little bad to say, perhaps the delivery optimization part for email marketing has very little visibility when done through SendGrid, but for most it's sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, the entire omnichannel communication strategy for users, emkt, push, etc.

Our CS is great and always willing to help, however we have technical problems

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Braze for a few months now, and each time I've been amazed at how complete it is for CRM work. The highest point is our CS, which spares no effort to help us on a daily basis and solve problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is a very complete tool, but it is complex in almost all aspects, where we need a lot of technical help, which delays the process. Even with a 24h SLA, the answers are not always with solutions, but sending different materials to resolve, and the technical part of our team ends up working more in the error/correct attempt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us communicate with our client’s end customers. We’re developing new segmentations and designing a new customer journey to improve performance and grow engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Braze for a few weeks, but i noticed there are some great features for CRM and our current CS specialist is great with support and directing us to possible solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical issues have been a setback, where results have been affected. I have also noted that some of the opened tickets, even though theres a 24h SLA, response is not always towards problem solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting data and understanding purchase details, but not full journey, for example, "Custom Events" shows interesting information, but what else can Braze show me regarding the purchase, what items were removed? Did user replace it with something else? How long to complete purchase? and so on

The product is user friendly and our UX reps are always knowledgable, quick to help and always are going above and beyond to enhance our mobile marketing strategy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I can think of anything specifically.

Data integration and how we're using it to enhance our mobile strategy.
