A bit complex to get data when the audience is in millions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us set up banners and send mail campaigns to a broad base of users and helps us with data to analyze the performance of the campaigns.
One of the best all around marketing automation platform

One of the best in the category after working on other platforms such as Hubspot, Pardot, IBM Marketing Cloud, and Mailchimp. Oracle Responsys

What do you dislike about the product?
The IDE experience lacks more specific errors notification and logging
The canvas experience can improve its overall conversion dashboard since canvas doesn't have a delay function as campaigns; you let users enter and start the flow only after a time delay. But they are counted for the conversion, although they didn't go through the flow
Braze-to-Braze API should become more simplified and productized. Currently, "update contact" on the canvas is only allowing to update of custom fields and not default fields or allow simple calculations

Ability to work efficiently with custom events as triggers, calculate them and act upon their data payload in a very useful way.

Braze offers a straight-forward, dynamic customer engagement tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is extremely easy to use! It only took our team about 1-2 months to transfer all of our old email campaigns and other customer communications into Braze. I was initially nervous to make the switch, being attached to our old tools. But Braze's learning modules and their team made it easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that creating Segments/Lists were easier. For some reason I feel that creating Segments in Braze is not as straightforward for me as it has been with other platforms. I simply like to upload external lists like CSV files and go from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us communicate with our customers regularly and in a personalized fashion via multiple channels including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and more! Creating a Canvas/Campaign in Braze is extremely straightforward, and we feel confident that we could easily train any of our future staff members to use the platform.
Great UI/UX, one of the best CRM softwares around
What do you like best about the product?
100% customizable, easy to get and adopt also for non-techie (in comparison to other CRM software, does not require a lot of coding beside some HTML and liquid).
What do you dislike about the product?
Overview performance is not available for other channels beside email (would be useful for push notifications, in-app messages and content cards too), plus custom events can be tracked for only 28days

Automatize our marketing comms in a fashion that feels smooth and relevant to the customer, according to their lifestage and needs - plus optimizing our sendout times

It is easy to set up one-off campaigns and they have helpful customer service

Sometimes the amount of function is overwhelming, or there are features that are helpful that I am not aware of until I stumble across a blog post or reach out to support.
I think that it's functions are powerful which are its greatest benefits but also a hindrance because it can just be overwhelming.

Braze helps us by its ability to customize and personalize our audience segments.
Very usefull, once you are onboarded is easy and friendly to understand. Good UX.
What do you like best about the product?
The way you create a canvas and the good UX when working with it. I think is really complete in terms of things you can do and easy to create and improve new ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Times of answer when updating, launching, or loading a complex campaign. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to work with multiple campaigns and the day to day work needs a more responsive and fast tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving the complex problem of communication with the clients when trying to catch them for new/more sells. It is benefiting us by bringing the tool to communicate with all of them in a simply and fast way, and also letting us track the performance of what we do.

- mobile and desktop views of drag and drop break when forwarding emails (both display)
- using the 'send an email' feature for linking: can't stylize or link in the email you send

Helping with many of our transactional needs when it comes to users booking Truckster for a catering or neighborhood event, online ordering and more. We're able to communicate personalized messages promptly based on customer behavior.

- The support (success manager, sales and support) is excellent: responsiveness and availability
- The team and the community are a great help in finding technical workarounds
- 90% of my needs are covered by the tool, and new features are released very regularly
