Helps you to create loyalty and retention of your user base
What do you like best about the product?
Several data options to create segments, integrate with other services and see the right data in order to analyse your campaigns and strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still high tech dependancy. Other services also have prebuilt flows where the advertiser only needs to input their data and the flow is ready to launch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us to create uses cases to activate, retain and re-engage our users helping building relevant messages around the year to our customers
Immensely great tool that is a few improvements away from perfection
What do you like best about the product?
I have never worked with another tool that lets you customize the user journey and send campaigns, gather data, and everything else in such high detail. The tools provided within Braze are awesomely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow performance and slow loading are the biggest issues I have encountered while working with Braze. They make it quite hard at times to get everything done in one go and it takes a lot more time to wait for Braze to load than to actually do the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to users in a more custom and personalized way is what I love about Braze the most because it helps us to provide more correct messaging to specific users and therein improve out reachability. Additionally, I love the data that Braze provides both about the users and the performance of the campaigns sent to them.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Braze would be it's integration between all our apps and different type of marketing materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have issues with conversion events (i.e. not being able to track out of app or sometimes in app)

Easy to organize and build campaigns - user-friendly.

It's easy to use with very clear, straight-forward and easy-to-understand UI.

Not much dislike about Braze as I have used other marketing automation tool before, Braze is performing much better.

I can do segmentation easily and view some basic analytics at a glance.

It is allowing me to see data clearly. Easy to build EDM.

It's not the most user friendly. There should be more drag and drop options and I feel like there should we be more icons and visuals for more visual people while building report.

Braze is a user-friendly customer engagement platform. The product suite is easy to navigate and insights are clear to ensure your CRM strategy is at its best and leverages the very best learnings and data.

Limit in data points that you are allocated.

Connecting with our customers at appropriate touchpoints and developing longterm CRM strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
How efficient it is to make email campaigns and Canvas is helpful when needing to send multiple emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI design could be more simple and more sleek. Often many buttons look like others which will confuse new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is automating my emails which gives me more time to do other work.
it was very easy to learn how to use as someone who's using it for the first time

There's so many possibilities it can do to engage our users, especially on the canvas side. it is more specific and detailed compared to a different CRM platform I have previously used.

Sometimes I do think that there's too many unnecessary parts to setting up a campaign, although its for the guardrails in order to send out the campaigns properly, i do wish it can be simplified

Braze helps our brand inform our users on the promotions, sales, events through push notifications, email newsletter and also engages our users on a lifecycle basis depending on their action in app
