What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it keeps hyperlinks when pasting

Braze is an exceptional platform that's allowed our business to grow and scale.
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is excellent for targeting audiences at specific stages of the sales funnel. Our marketing and sales teams use segmentation, personalization, and custom event targeting to reach the appropriate audiences for various campaigns. The teams also use the detailed campaign results to inform future marketing and customer outreach decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze's technical requirements are sometimes challenging to learn as a non-technical professional. API documentation, for example, is easy for developers but difficult for a project manager or marketing manager to understand and implement. Our non-technical team members struggle to communicate project needs and outcomes to developers without understanding the technical requirements to achieve business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a complicated customer onboarding process. We use Braze to track every step of the onboarding process and design outreach communications to iterate on the customer experience. We also use segmentation and custom events targeting to understand our onboarding gaps. We've executed several product changes based on Braze campaign results.
Amazing Customer Engagement Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to utilise real-time events to target audiences effectively and maximise engagement. In-App messages are becoming a core communication channel for our mobile-first business, which other platforms lack
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is excellent, but if there was something to point out, it is being unable to segment using double-nested attributes. This is something we would heavily use in our business model to maximise targetting and really get to that 1:1 personalisation on scale
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to effectively and efficiently communicate with our users in one tool. The reporting on these channels provide great insights so we can apply a test & learn approach to really maximise channel performance

I like a lot braze canvas and the report builder section

The support team in some times does not answer

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is very dynamic avd easy to use. It allows selecting very detailed segments, target customers on all channels, simple to design the messages content. I highly recomment Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company pays tens of thousands yearly for Braze, but still, employees need to pay separtely to get the certifications. I hope that Braze team allows paid clients to take the exams for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To engage with our customers, by sending them emails, messages, push notifications to remind them about our products, and to thank them for being loyal customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is good and they give support to the consumers and maintain the gap for the brands. It is more good in the consumer data analysis and give support too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing dislike as of now . Going pretty good with the things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows the interaction between daily to daily support of the colleagues. They also give support to the others lacking the interaction between the brands and the consumers.
A powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has simplified the workflow logically and creatively. We will have complete control over analytics, and the insightful dashboard is the cherry on top, which gives a quick view.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would like to see in the future is the capability to use pop-up more creatively, that is to say buttons seems pretty static and fixed, I'd like to see floating buttons and simply draw-buttons of our own design to create interesting buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has helped a lot on the creation of creative pop-ups and notifications, which will also give us the conversation report, and logic to target and retain users without much hustle of checking it from backend.
Incredible CRM Platform that is simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Canvas - this is better than any other comms platform i've used in the past, super easy to create with little to no jargon.
What do you dislike about the product?
No autosave feature - sometimes i close my comp before saving so have to start again, small issue but an auto save feature would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently our previous crm platform did not allow us to send push and mobile campaigns so this allows us to engage with our audience in a way that we haven't been able to before

Integrations via webhooks are a bit of a challenge, you'll need yes or yes a technical team to help you setup and take full advantage of this feature, but not much other things to dislik

We're increasing our active users monthly and slowly automating lifecycle flows so users can have a better journey into our app. Braze helps us engage our users
