Braze is hands down the best customer engagement platform on the market!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of the Braze platform is it's flexibility. Our team has moved to utilize custom in-app message placements to trigger native experiences to our end users. Braze's documentation and platform provides a robust toolkit at our teams disposal while also providing the opportunity to have deep integrations within our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is a tool with ample documentation and support that allows our team to implement changes with little to no questions. The key area our organization experiences issues/dislike within our use of the tool is customer support in the rare situations it is needed. The customer support process when triaging bugs has been a lengthy process that forces our organization to dedicate additional time/resources rather than receivng clear next steps or potential root causes from the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team utilizes Braze for a number of painpoints within our user journey this includes: monetization, awareness, churn prevention, return engagement. The platform has allowed our team to rapidly test experiences that solve our core problem areas mentioned above at unprecedented rates due to the exclusion of engineering resourcing to execute initiatives and tests.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the constant evolution and iprovement on their products and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
They deprectated the Braze Bonfire Slack channel and it was a very powerful tool to get answers to your issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows our company to create complex multi-channel flows to approach our users in a more personalised way.

What do you like best about the product?
love the in-app messaging features which we were not able to test before trying Braze. their drag & drop HTML builder is great for those who are not able to code
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a strong learning curve when starting to use Braze, some of the technical things can be tricky in addition to using this in-depth system (triggering, targeting)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were unable to successfully develop and test in app messages using our current CRM tool which was developed internally. This was the main reason we decided to test out Braze for a year

What do you like best about the product?
user dashboard. i like that i can see message history for each user. I also like the test email feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
would like more simple customizability for the emails and better analytics view

What do you like best about the product?
the arrangement is clear and easy to understand. I've only been using it for 2 weeks and I've managed to pick it up fairly quickly. This is better than competitors whose user interfaces are confusing
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an autosave option. I have lost finished drafts because I've forgot to manually save a draft myself which can oftentimes be very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We arent able to process our emails to as high of a standard as we would like to without braze. By using Braze we are more productive and our business performance has increased.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Braze writes Liquid for you making personalization extremely easy. Overall, it's a simple-to-use program with more capabilities than other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have the same personalization power as something like Salesforce which can make including dynamic content difficult. It's frustrating that content cannot easily be move from one workspace to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building canvases is an easy way to build out and improve our lifecycle funnel. I like that push and email can live together there. The prioritization and quiet hours are also great features.

What do you like best about the product?
I can set up campaigns and canvases seamlessly. I continue to learn how to use new features as they are implemented in Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product's reporting feature can sometimes be confusing to understand the specifics of a canvas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping my business segment and personalize messaging with event and custom attributes. Also, identify identify engagement on a channel level.

What do you like best about the product?
The many tools available to help us make data-driven improvements to our marketing strategies like A/B testing and compatibility with Amplitude, among others. The ability to bundle all push notifications into one has been immensely helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can feel a little clunky at times, especially on a smaller screen like the laptop. The email builder is extremely versatile with tons of customisations available, but it does not feel intuitive to use, esepcially if you have not used it before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps with automating regular day-to-day push notifications and in-app messages, which saves us a ton of effort and time. Having the option to add images and use customised sound to the push notifications also helps us differentiate ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
Understanding and enhancing your customer profiles, then acting on that data, is easier in this platform than in any other platform I've worked with. The native functionality with web and apps through SDKs not only enables near real-time data capture, but also powers modern marketing channels - In App, Push, and Content Cards!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email drag and drop creator doesn't meet all of my content creation goals, but I think new features are always improving the platform! Plus, I can download the HTML of blocks that need adjusting and do a blended email with drag+drop and custom HTML to meet those goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves the problem of needing day-to-day developer support to complete marketing initiatives.
Once the Braze SDKs are implemented you can action on all of the rich customer data.

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility! I love how much control you have in the platform, is very intuitive for Marketing Exectives to get campaigns out, but also great for more Technical Managers like myself to plug in dynamic API sources and powerful Liquid code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something which I think Braze is lacking that I have seen in other CRM platforms, is a feed for each user profile. Although though user profile is very informative, others like HubSpot do have feed of what the customer has done in a timeline, which is really useful for research
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to personalise at every step in the customer journeys. Control in one place over automation and orchestration.
