Flexible tool that can work for different types of businesses

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about Braze is that you have a lot of flexibility to work with the tool, from a different number of channels, both in-app and outside of it, until the ability of coming up with custom templates using HTML on e-mails, pop ups etc. It's something that makes it easier to fit in different business models, as well as different marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is an expensive tool, so it's not for every company-size. The tool has improved a lot over the past years, making it easier for people that don't know how to code and for commerce strategies since it doesn't support XML product catalogues. Even so, it's not a tool for beginners and some things could be made easier to use in order to facilitate the usability for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us connect with our audience in different formats, making the communication between our company and the end user more personalized, effecient and optimized.

Great tool for non-retail businesses. There's not many CRM platforms in the market that fit this criteria.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a pretty good tool, useful for pushing out marketing comms and variety of features. Love the templates that I get to use as well! Very big fan overall. Interested to see how it can be maximized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is not very intuitive and is pretty complicated. There's a steep learning curve and you need to check a bunch of precise settings to make sure that everything goes out correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping solve the problem of reaching mobile users. It is beneficial in that it helps send out scheduled targeted notifcations to users of the product. Overall great!

What do you like best about the product?
It's the easiness of use and working with segmentation. Other tools I've used were offering similar functionalities, but usualy had worse in UI. Liquid lang is also a good feature that allows you to work much smarter - especially if you let ChatGPT write the code.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if there was more features that support gathering feedback - in-app surveys are rudimentary. Allowing integrating more tools (like Typeform) would definitely help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to send pushes, emails and in-app messages on a scale.

Clean and easy interface, pleasant to look at

A bit difficult to navigate and upload segments or users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far Braze is not actively solving a problem, but it does help us to send out EDMs easily. The add/drop feature when creating campaigns is especially useful as well as it is easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The UX is very seemless, the account managers are very hlelpful and it is a great platform to organize all things CRM into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some formatting issues in the past and CSV uploads could be a bit more convenient

A platform to use for email, push and in app mesaging for BAU and automated comms as well as an area to segment different audience cuts

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a really easy to use tool and has some great features that can take your marketing to next level! The ease in which you can set up a campaign to multiple channels is great for new comers and experienced marketers alike. It speeds up creating campaigns, tests and optimisation by almost 100%!
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is missing some features that you'd expect from a tool of this size. There are some features that are not editable that I believe should be. The data point restriction can also be a downside as it can become very expensive and with the fixation on data comes more filter limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving our problem of multi-channel marketing. Making it easy for us to talk to customers across more than just email. This will help streamline our marketing.

- Hard to be more articulate as not gone live yet

- Appear to be limitations to API triggered campaigns & not being able to carry over information to other campaigns or canvases

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Getting the customers to quote and ultimately buy a suite of insurance problems at a high conversion rate
- Use of multi channels should help accelerate marketing proficiencies

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an excellent platform. Its modern and user-friendly interface makes working with Braze a breeze. Their customer support is also fantastic - always available to help.


The implementation of Braze was clear and successful, with a plethora of features to utilise. The ease of the integration has made using Braze a simple day-to-day part of our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Braze betters our prior product in most areas, it can be a little difficult to pinpoint certain audiences despite their strong segments section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is giving our team and company far greater options to utilise how we market to our customer base. Their easy-to-use interface and ability to make changes at the click of a button is fantastic.

Great tool to build communications at scale

What do you like best about the product?
Braze integrates well with our company's tech stach. I particularly enjoy the user interface, the multichannel possibilities and how easy it is to build personalised communications. However, the biggest advantage we get from Braze is how easy it is to build communications at scale. Features like Catalogs or its integration with Lokalise really help us sending relevant communications across 11 different languages and markets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge I faced with Braze is not having a Drag&Drop editor available for basic features such as the dynamic email footer or the 'unsubscribe' landing page. These can only be created with HTML as of today and it looks like the BRaze Product team hasn't brought all the capabilities they have in communications creation (ie: email, push notifications) to all the areas of their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is very helpful when it comes to creating personalised communications at scale. We are able to send the same email across 11 different languages and several markets by creating one single template. This saves a lot of time when building automations across all our markets and it makes us way more flexible when it comes to A/B testing and tracking the uplift our marketing communications generate.
