Easy to integrate with our system at epochtimes.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a very deep and relatively easy-to-use platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The built-in code editing capabilities of Braze are a but lacking. I find myself still mainly working in applications like VS Code, then pasting the result over into Braze.

Braze helps our company create unique marketing campaigns that drive activation, retention, reactivation, and growth.

Braze enables us to grow our readership using a variety of different tactics and serves as a centralized hub for reporting & analysis - it's also a very user-friendly interface that made it easy for us to onboard stakeholders

Not so much a criticism, but we have a lot to do on our end to unlock Braze's potential, so nothing here yet!

Canvas is great! I love creating user journeys

Sometimes the campaigns don't save properly

Braze is a great platform for customer engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy all of the features Braze has for helping with customer engagment. The ability to create customer journeys has been made much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often takes a while to get help when having a problem with a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having automated emails set up with triggers is helpful to giving customers and potential customers a positive experience.
Powerful messaging platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's canvas flexibility and multi-channel campaign capabilities. What separates it from others is its powerful retention reporting - that's one less analyst a marketer would depend on to get retention reporting from canvas. It's easy to use, and have plenty vendors to integrate with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Clicks metrics include Preferences and Unsubscribe clicks, which would inflate your true clickthrough metric.
