What do you like best about the product?
Braze is the one-stop shop martech tool. Email, Push, IAM, Content Cards, SMS, Webhook, Whatsapp, and possibly more channels are added in the future. Also, Braze has the most technically advanced features in the platform, so it allows Marketers to really practice or develop their technical skillset.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Canvas Journey builder could be a bit smoother, with additional features like copy and paste, notes, comments, etc. However, this is just a "nice to have", not a mission critical feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows Marketers of all industries, background, and experience to bring their Marketing strategies to life. Think of a use case, Braze can make it happen. Cross-channel strategy, Personalization, retargetting, you name it. Braze can do it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to create customer journeys and segmentation that properly targets customers at the right time based on custom attributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Proper engineering integration is hard and can cause severe delays in setting up custom attributes and events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to centralize all of our communications in one product

What do you like best about the product?
Seems to have a huge amount of opportunity and capability to optimise marketing campaigns, whilst being user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
limits on data amount, would be better to have a larger amount available

Sending direct customer communications leveraging our owned user segment data. Braze is easy to use and has a lot of flexibility to execute anything that might be needed for a campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a flexbile D2C communication solution that services a wide range of business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection using liquid logic and catalogs to a CMS for localisation purposes. Also, randomisation within a canvas to get a fast read on step performance is tricky. Finally, when a live Canvas has a draft saved, if the live canvas is stopped, the draft is deleted..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us service a wide range of use cases, specifically feature adoption programs across more than 75 features.

What do you like best about the product?
Their platform connects to other key MarTech and their solution is scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a expensive and as you scale so will the total cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no marketing automation capabilities and our mobile marketing was partially meeting expectations. They solved both

What do you like best about the product?
The SDK integrations are a powerful tool to add data to the user profile. Being able to connect all our external data sources into one marketing tool is welcomed advancement .
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit too inflexible if not using SDK/API. We still have some internal systems that are old school databases that produce files rather than having external SDK/API capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping solve a data silo issue that our customers have. With Braze that data is actionalbe immediately rather than waiting for a nightly file xfer.
