Braze is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up a email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing pages. I need landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with the various nba teams so when braze solves a problem for them, it benefits me

What do you like best about the product?
I like how content cards make our in-app communications look like part of our mobile app features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would be possible to generate a shareable URL for Braze emails like in MailChimp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching the right segment at the right time through the ideal channels is opening doors for more customer engagement.
A great ESP with some quirks.
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is the most fully functioned ESP I've used in my career. Segmentation, canvas building, and audience targeting are always excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't enjoy the sheer amount of bugs we experience with Braze that require Braze support to address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is allowing us to hypersegment automated audiences with personalized messaging.
Seamless, easy to use platform for improved communication
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a smart, verstatile, easy to use platform that gives you insight, automation to engage the customer in meaningful ways. And with it actively developed it looks like it will get better and better as time goes on.
What do you dislike about the product?
May have some challenges with integrations and/or implementations but nothing major that can't be overcome, documenation is good overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to communicate better across marketing channels, more efficently, better marketing automation, saves us a lot of time. Giving us better insight overall on our marketing campaigns as time goes on.
Powerful platform for effective marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Braze provide a intutive canvas that makes my work easy. It helps me in segmenting customers, so that we can run personalized ads. It is a feature rich tool for marketors. It is also easy to use and provide good resource for training new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a very powerful tool. But, it does not provide feature for integrating with Whatsapp. And one more thing is that it does not provide centralized system for customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful in marketing automation and running persolized ads. Braze provide options for sending push notification that makes it ahead from its competitors. After using this, my lead generation become very easy.

It's simple to learn and fairly straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can't tell if 1.0 is a Boolean, and it's difficult to set up braze in a QA environment.

It's allowing us to engage better with our customers, and retain them more effectively.
Braze is an excellent product for all CRM marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is very intuitive to use, and makes it simple to execute complex CRM campaigns, from in app messaging to emails and push notifications. I use Braze almost daily in my day to day

I find it a bit confusing to integrate with other 3rd party vendors, but the customer support reps are helpful!

I use braze to send personalized emails to my guests, from lapsed user campaigns to abandoned cart campaigns and of course our weekly emails
