Massive Time Saver, But Reporting Needs Improvement for Small Audiences

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it has simplified a process that was previously extremely tedious for our team. We would spend a whole day on our scholarship outreach workflow, and it can now be done in a matter of minutes. It is easy to use and especially great for a process that needs to be repeated month after month. Creating a template with customization options was simple and allows us to personalize the experience for our scholarship winners/users
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish reporting/analytics were more accurate for smaller audiences. We often send to 20-35 people and the analytics will say that we sent to zero people in some areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to bulk send scholarship announcements to our winners. This was previously something we had to do on an individual email basis. Our old method took a lot of time and energy, and we often found that we were going to spam folders. We can now run this process in a matter of minutes.

Great Personalization and Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I like the advanced personalization options with Braze, and the ability to integrate with so many other platforms. It makes working with clients in Braze so much easier because the platform can support most client needs and requests through its personalization and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be helpful to have a chat support option for even quicker responses. The email support is great. However, sometimes the email will go through 1-2 people before we really dig into the solution, and we have to wait to receive a response. With other platforms, chat support gives us immediate support and can help us move past a blocker more immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze provides great personalization options for B2B and D2C businesses, especially product-based businesses. This benefits our client to personalize emails based on when they signed up, what they purchased, and other detailed profile attributes.

Powerful, flexible, and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been really happy with Braze! We’ve been using it for the last 2 years, and I use it most days. Implementation was pretty straightforward—we partnered with ClearGoals to get started. Braze’s UI is clean and intuitive, and after switching to it, I saved so much time setting up automations and one-time messages. We were able to seriously level up our communication program.

The segment builder is excellent, and I love that we can sync data from multiple systems via BigQuery. It’s easy for our dev team to set up custom events and APIs for real-time messaging, and the template builder gives us great flexibility with Liquid and HTML blocks for personalization. Support is always responsive and helpful, and overall, it’s great value for the money—we just renewed our contract!
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish they had a native Salesforce integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest win is the ability to sync data from multiple systems – something that was incredibly difficult to execute in our previous customer engagement platform

What do you like best about the product?
It's focus to drive traffic for our clients on a device rather than a website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no 'View in website' link applied to emails. This makes it more difficult to test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are trying to solvewhy their emails are getting cut off in Gmail.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easier to use and helps reach a wider audience with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
If multiple segment memberships are under the target audience section of the same canvas, it can become very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us run campaigns and surveys, which allows us to reach more professionals within our platform and direct them to a designated section of the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze to send email campaigns to our members and audience, keeping them updated with all the email communications and what's happening in the business, which is very helpful. I appreciate not having to set up email templates from scratch because it's a tedious process. The email testing and AB testing features are very user-friendly and help me understand the best ways to reach my audience. What I like most about Braze is the drag-and-drop editor. As someone without a heavy technical background, creating emails becomes easy and user-friendly. The drag-and-drop editor saves time and helps me work better with the brand and content team. I can easily show our stakeholders changes like adjusting the color on an email header without any hard coding. It's great that I can change prebuilt templates anytime and anywhere, which supports brand consistency and allows for better collaboration with the marketing team. I also appreciate the support from Braze's account managers, who make the setup process easy by being available to help through calls and emails, capturing every pain point and resolving them during onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like with Braze, one thing I don't like about it is that you can't really delete email templates. You archive them, and then sometimes they appear in the list anyway. And that also goes for the data as well. Sometimes there's an issue with the data list upload, and it would be nice if we can delete segments or things that we don't need to use anymore. It just clogs the whole process because even if you archive it, you do see it. I also feel like it needs a chat space, like, even through a Zoom call, so you can jump on a call with the agent, share screens, or something. Or even just live chat to get support rather than through email all the time. I find the chat experience could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze to send email campaigns and keep our audience updated. It simplifies email template setup, making it less tedious, and offers user-friendly testing features that help me understand the best ways to reach my audience.

From a business perspective, I think Braze, much like other expanding organizations, is evolving and heading in a positive direction. At this point, I don't have any real dislikes.

Braze helps our clients deliver personalized, real time messaging across channels, solving challengers around fragmented data and inconsistent engagement. It enables dynamic segmentation and orchestrated journeys , improving campaign effectiveness and ROI. For me, it allow quick strategy testing, clear measurement of results and the ability to guide clients with actionable insights

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Braze for being my go-to marketing automation suite for nine years across various roles. I manage different forms of communication like emails, in-app messages, and content cards effortlessly. I find the segmentation feature incredibly valuable for targeted campaigns and for using branching logic in decision-making processes. The setup with Braze was less hectic and fairly straightforward compared to other marketing automation suites. I value how Braze helps us reach the right users at the right time, contributing to campaigns across acquisition, retention, and monetization. I love the webhook feature that allows triggering endpoints or gathering data within campaigns. I’m excited about the AI decision-making feature, which promises to enhance user engagement with timely and relevant communications. I also appreciate Braze’s scalability and look forward to seeing how they continue to innovate and meet market needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Braze could improve by ensuring that all the right stakeholders are informed whenever they release new technology. It's important for us to have the ability to test, learn, and iterate with new technologies. Additionally, I'd appreciate a more structured product feedback system where we can provide actionable feedback and receive responses regarding how it might be incorporated into the product strategy.
