Multichannel Campaign Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The main reason for us to drive through Braze was the comprehensive cross-channel personalization ability. They provide multichannel messaging with personalization and cross-channel orchestration capabilities. We are also able to leverage experimentation features frequently while launching brand-new campaigns. It's easy to distribute messages to multiple/desired channels within the same campaign.
I also like the intelligent timing and intelligent channel targeting features. This helps us to optimize when to send a message to a user and through which channel. Both features help us to achieve the user engagement goals with our messaging.
They also improve their product constantly by adding roadmap items coming as requests from their customers. We still have regular check-ins with their team to discuss our additional needs. It’s good to see that our requests are being enabled within the product over time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Complex multichannel campaign management UI caused marketers to have difficulties setting up campaigns and monitoring campaign health through canvasses in the past. Even though canvases look like a perfect solution to manage everything in a user flow, the UI led marketers to ask for engineering help to validate campaign data often. Since the team has been using the product for a long time, we have figured out internal policies to reduce this operational effort, also once people get used to it the additional requests are reduced over time. I think clear guides and comprehensive campaign reporting would help reduce these operational issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is powerful in managing campaigns across different channels with comprehensive personalization abilities. We have been using it for the last 2,5 years for cross-channel messaging activities. We started to use it with only D2C email and mobile push messaging, then extended it to B2B messaging and additional channels easily. Because Braze allows us to experiment with new ideas effectively and improve our marketing capabilities with a widely integrated solution.
Even though we have had issues with operational usage along the way and don't find it 100% user-friendly, we could resolve all the problems that led us to choose this product in the first place.

What do you like best about the product?
Omni-channel tactics and ability to join beta tests for new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're encountering some persistent functionality issues with newer tactics like WhatsApp and In-App Messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many international segments meaning numerous different iterations of localized campaigns across different tactics. marketing automation, personalization engines, and liquid are helping us in automating more of our work.

The segmentation, A/B testing, and Canvas UI is fantastic. The dedicated customer support is solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an autosave feature when building campaigns. I also wish there was a user database.

We're able to send out all of our emails and push notifications in one place with ease.
Excellent CRM and Marketing Automation solution - Braze
What do you like best about the product?
Braze streamlined our marketing and messaging efforts across multiple channels. It enabled us to connect with customers through personalized and message content. It allowed us to quickly test solutions without need of extensive engineering and technical- know how requisites.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a room for improving the documentation present online to suit all kinds of user -technical to non-tech, beginner to advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working part-time on a project by our university that sells AR/VR based software services. Identifying right customers and targeting personalized campaigns is a challenge for us. The segmentation feature helped in identifying the suitable audience for delivering the right marketing content.Braze worked like one-stop solution to address these. It improved overall customer engagement and helped surpass our monthly target. It made our campaigns more productive and spread out.
Best tool for multi channel marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Multi channel marketing and customer communications made easy. Braze has been best buy for in-mail and push notifications for our customer engagement. Integration with third party apps has been helpful. As an developer implemenation was also smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is on the higher side. For smaller firms it can be and issue otherwise it's totally worth it

Managing multi-channel marketing has been made easy with Braze with push notifications we can reach our customers with important updates with great ease.
Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its powerful integrating and targeting possibilities as well as outstanding customer success relations/customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not quite user-friendly for our internal users who are not in the marketing or development fields, but still need to use it to produce content (i.e. create email campaigns).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to create intricate marketing automation campaigns and to target users with a variety of custom events, attritubes and segments. As it's very customatizable, it is extremely helpful as we have quite a unique set of products.
Decent platform, some general flaws but gets the job done

Some of the debugging features are suboptimal

It's our centralized ESP/CRM for our business and it's HIPAA compliant
Best messaging platform but support from TAM
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Braze is a full of personalization and cutomization. Whatever I imagine and bring the next plan for CX, TAM team will support to make it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is much easier when you have coding background. Since i don't have the dev experience, I always need to go back and forth for TAM's support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated personalization was the key role to solve our problem. We need to get SMS pushed from product registration Day1 throughout 2 years of post purchase experience. From customer experience POV, our goal is to improve customer retention and loyaty with reducing customer effort and not inundating the customers. Braze helped this a lot to get this resolved and we are keep making the progress.

Braze is assisting in e-mail marketing and marketing automation. We used it to send personalized emails target to specific customer groups. The mails are automated so that least technical/engineering know-how is required to do so.The groups are segmented with the analytics reported by the tool itself. It helped us in cross channel integration. Overall, it improved customer enagagement and ultimately, ou r productivity.
