A powerful tool for customisation.
What do you like best about the product?
- it is highly customisable and easy to learn in terms of using the programme
- They provide plenty of easy to access learning material so that their product is easy to use and even value add to it by including industry best practices.
- Their team is always contactable when we require help.
- Data is frequently updated so we can always monitor close to real time performance, allowing us to strategize day to day.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Not much, some small interface bugs that still exist after flagging but nothing major.
- I wished we could add test contacts that are not part of the existing userbase as we would prefer to test things like EDMs using work emails where if we added accounts it would land in their personal emails.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us connect specific messages with different identified key users. The canvas automations help us tremendously by allowing us to retarget and send messages to the users we need to allowing us to focus on optimising our efforts through data feedback,
Clunky interface makes graphics difficult
What do you like best about the product?
Although not perfect, the buttons are a good feature to make spacing among the various elements in a newsletter.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is cumbersome to navigate across the various sections back and forth. In using Braze every day for a while, I found images difficult to shape properly for even the most basic shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know that Braze is solving anything so much as just providing an average newsletter compilation platform. It gets the job done but is completely unremarkable.

A lot of integration with data technologies, s3, Snowflake.
I think data integration is easy to use.
As a data engineer, it was easy to implement in our business cases.

I would like more flexibility in integrating the final data and creating more ad hoc tools to ingest data for the final users.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use to check email campaigns sent to customers and manage their accounts. Makes providing good customer support easier.

Can be difficult to navigate to where you need to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unsubscribing and managing user accounts. It is simple and efficient way of managing customer service requests.

That it is always the easiest to be able to make the emails, the segments, and the campaigns. It takes me minutes.

The UI is a little ugly, it could be nicer.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to create cross-channel CRM activity for the first time, driving incremental uplift compared to our previous technologies, e.g. Abandon Basket. We've seen particular success in our mobile activity as it utilises the Braze SDK and connects into our business ecosystem very neatly. It's allowed our teams to unlock ambitious Use Cases to drive purchase frequency and marketing permissions.
The UI is very intuitive and it's easy for new users to onboard to the platform, plus there's a host of online learning material.
The team is always available, highly responsive and authentic in their culture.

What do you dislike about the product?
Your data needs to be well organised before it gets into Braze. For us, that means having a CDP to collect and organise data before we send it to Braze This does bring complexity into the stack and needs additional expertise to operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Enabling all our CRM channels to trigger off the same data in a unified way - this has consolidated the number of vendors in our business and given our teams the ability to create cross-channel marketing activity
2. Enabling our mobile team to drive App spend and frequency using real-time updates, content and rewards

Very easy to implement and great features out-of-the-box
What do you like best about the product?
We migrated to Braze in 2023 as we moved away from two legacy systems and consolodated into Braze technology stack. We were able to fully implement into our product in around 3 months across 11 platforms thanks to great documentation and onboarding process.
The features that come out out-of-the-box were easy to integrate into our applications and clearly defined in documentation in terms SDK support.
For anything we have issues or concerns with the customer support team are excellent in coming back swiftly to help troubleshoot and diagnose the issue.
Our CRM team constantly praises the ease of use as something that is intuitive and they very rarely face issue setting up email and in-app messaging campaigns that they set up on a regular basis.
Braze offers some functions that allow customisation through a feature called content cards and we've found great success with this in recent months.
The features that come out out-of-the-box were easy to integrate into our applications and clearly defined in documentation in terms SDK support.

There isn't much to dislike about Braze, however sometimes the support teams can struggle to understand the issue reported if it's specific to product integration. However having a customer support manager allows us to escalate such cases and they can utilise their knowledge of the integration to help speed up support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Braze to help reach our customers at the right time with the right message to ensure we engage and retain them.
With the help of the plethora of features available and the ability to personalise on scale we have been able to create multiple messaging channels within our apps including bespoke placements.

Excellent, a bit pricy, ESP
What do you like best about the product?
Braze have a very good support and detailed documentation on the platform multiple features. very good delivery support which is the first thing a bulk sender needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price, but than again, you get what you pay for, for us, ROI wise, Braze worth avery penny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze offer multiple channel marketing, which solve otherwise a huge resources allocation (Mainly you need less work-hours to get to your daily goals).
