Powerful engagement tool with exceptional canvas feature and growing potential
What do you like best about the product?
Great powerful tool. Configuring canvases is the best feature. The platform offers robust capabilities for creating and managing customer engagement workflows through its canvas feature, which stands out as particularly impressive
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited analytics functionality. More segmentation with event properties would be beneficial. While Braze excels in many areas, its analytics capabilities could be expanded to provide deeper insights and more granular segmentation options, especially when it comes to event-based user behaviors.

Braze is an intuitive platform that consistently sees development and innovation. Great customer support. The best CRM platform I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much! Perhaps some more comms on changes to UI or new feature releases would help with awareness and adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables us to have a truly integrated omni-channel approach to our marketing. Also makes experimentation easy to execute and provides meaningful results. Allows us to deliver personalised experiences to our app users.

Copying canvases between enviroments, and landing pages functionality - though both on the product roadmap so excited to see them come to life.

The step-by-step documentation for implementation and integration is also very helpful. Additionally, I appreciate that Braze provides dedicated technical support, including a technical manager for our team. The regular updates to the tool ensure that we always have access to the latest features and improvements.
