What do you like best about the product?
Cross-Channel Orchestration: The ability to integrate different channels (email, push, In-app, SMS, WhatsApp) in a single campaign enables seamless user messaging.

Real-time personalization: Dynamic and personalized messaging based on real-time user behavior, which helps in delivering relevant content to the right audience at the right time.

Braze Intelligent Timing: BIT has helped increase the user engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex Setup: The initial setup and configuration of Braze will little complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization: Through the help of liquid, attributes and events , it has been wonder to personalize the communication.
Multi-Channel Campaign: Reaching out to the right user at the right time has been helpful to deliver the communication effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly. Other colleagues outside of CRM can also use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some smaller technical parts of Braze that need improvements. Moreover, their reporting is not as good as the rest of the CRM providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its user friendly. This allows more junior employees to be able to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly but still retains a large feature list and can be very impactful if you use all the functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little hight for the smaller businesses and the fact that each piece of data transfer is an additional credit used

Solid mobile CRM & Email platform, not many competitors on that professional level

What do you like best about the product?
Canvas feature is very strong for overlooking complex lifecycles or campaign chains but also to analyze AB tests easily, adjust them. Easy handling of all features, fast and professional customer support. As CRM manager with knowledge how Braze is working, many doors are open to work for other companies also using Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The killed the Bonfire slack community BUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!! That was an amazing workspace to exchange knowledge how to use the platform more efficient and share cool use cases for liquid logic. Also the customer success team gets weaker and weaker knowledge wise since the team is growing rapidly. 2-3 years ago the success managers were really knowledged about the platform, features and proactively pushing customers getting best out of it. Since the good CSMs are now in leading position a lot of non professional, less motivated and overworked CSMs are in palce. Not worth the high price of that package. Last thing - no way to set up action triggered campaigns within a canvas flow. E.g. IAM have to be set up separately and connect with the canvas, would be nice to have action triggered campaigns in canvas as well- waiting for that since 2020 :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving the problem that developers coding communication. With a proper platform CRM managers can independently work on communication, test them, adjust, setup, everything. Different channel options and some basic analytics. Interface is quite easy, the industry knows Braze, so in all companies all over the world in app industry, Braze knowledge is a CV-benefit

What do you like best about the product?
Braze enables us to directly target our customers across multiple channels on a personalized level that we couldn't before. The editors within Braze ensures an easy way of constructing messages but also makes room for more complex things (like deeper personalization using Liquid).

In addition, it offers multiple ways to get the same thing, leaving much room for exploration and creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though there are many ways to do certain tasks, it can sometimes be limited in terms of what is possible. For example, with the email or IAM editors. You can have full control when using the HTML editor, but that also leaves room for more error and could be not the easiest way for users that do not have much html experience. On the other side, the drag & drop editors are easy to use and errors are less probable, but they can be too limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us provide users with relevant information at the right time, both within our app as outside using the many different message channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall UI, smart features, the access to education materials, how easy it integrates with other tools and how quickly you can implement that
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any problems with this tool so nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are often testing the use of Braze for the personalization of promotions and campaigns, and writing scenarios for our customers. Thanks to that they can automate many marketing tasks and leave the smart solutions to choose the best path for the customer based on their place in the customer journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Braze, I found its extensive feature set supports a wide range of customer engagement activities. Its focus on personalization, automation, and data-driven insights allows me to create tailored, effective marketing campaigns that resonate with my audience. The seamless integration capabilities and support resources further enhance its utility, making it a valuable tool for managing and optimizing customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaign Execution Delays: Occasionally, I was expiriencing delays in executing campaigns or delivering messages, which did affect the timeliness and effectiveness of customer interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building personaled email and sms campaigns. A/B testing different messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Braze training. Also, help seems always available. It's easy to use, navigate, and see the campaign results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that, in general, product design could be clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have never had such an advanced tool in the company before. It provides numerous opportunities to enhance the user journey, streamline customer interactions, and improve overall satisfaction.
