What do you like best about the product?
Braze allows businesses to communicate with their customers across multiple channels such as email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and more. This versatility ensures that messages can reach customers wherever they are most likely to engage.
What do you dislike about the product?
By focusing on improving the UI/UX design, Braze could enhance overall user satisfaction, increase adoption rates, and empower marketers to leverage its powerful features more effectively for their customer engagement strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has helped us to engage with our customers across multiple channels such as email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS. This multichannel approach ensures that we can reach our customers wherever they are, increasing touchpoints and improving overall engagement.Using Liquids in Braze helped in personalization that has helped most of our customers engage and interact.By leveraging Trigger based events we were able to build a lot of customer journeys based on customer behaviour

What do you like best about the product?
As a relatively new user of Braze, I can say it was fairly simple to learn and to get started with, thanks in great part to their excellent and comprehensive learning center. They also offer decent customer support — my experience has been very positive as inquiries were responded to (and resolved) in a timely manner. I use Braze daily as part of my role and generally find it quite intuitive and convenient, allowing for ample customization options to make the product fit one's unique business needs and use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who hadn't previously used any other similar products, I've found some rather strange UI/UX choices across the product, and I feel that there is plenty of room for improvement in terms of ease of use and scalability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to perform in-app marketing to targeted audiences. It benefits my organization in that the marketing tools Braze offers allow us to keep our users engaged with the product.

Braze wins fans with its deep user sorting letting marketers zero in on specific crowds. It shines in multi-channel outreach boosting how folks engage. The system dishes up real-time stats for quick tweaks. Users rave about its easy-to-use layout with drag-and-drop tools. Braze knocks it out of the park with custom-fit content for each person. It plays nice with other tech creating a smooth workflow. Folks dig the quick-to-respond help desk solid A/B testing options, and auto-features that make marketing a breeze. Loads of how-to guides and resources put the cherry on top for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze has some drawbacks that users often grumble about. Newbies struggle with its complexity - it's no walk in the park to master.

It lets companies slice and dice their audience leading to spot-on messages that pack a punch. The platform's up-to-the-minute data and insights shed light on user habits fine-tune campaigns, and spark quick smart choices. Real-time targeting via email and push alerts keeps interactions fresh and on-point ramping up user involvement. Automation perks streamline marketing tasks freeing up time and keeping user interactions on track. Braze plays nice with other tools and systems creating a smooth tech setup that amps up overall marketing muscle. These tricks of the trade give businesses a leg up by sparking more engagement putting smiles on customers' faces, and fattening up the bottom line.

liked how easy it was to onboard and learn how to use the tool, as it has a very use friendly interface.
I also appreciated the smart segmentation Braze has, including smart send out time. Really made a difference when testing different segmentations. Also, the fact that A/B testing is not limited to emails only.

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it's quite challenging to integrate. Also, the fact that some features are not so trivial to add, and one needs to pay to take their course on the Braze Lab.

One of the premium marketing tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access, configuration flexibility and much more when it comes to developers. We frequently use it as it is one of the easiest implementations across different integrations that our organization offers. The customer support has been helpful in various occassions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The turn around time and customer support response quality was not upto the mark. And the limits on APIs are not very clear

We use campaigns to serve our customers with various offers and Braze provides a single pane of view platform for all our marketing needs
Good Tool, Lots of Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of options that can support a variety of use cases. I like the support teams and support structure as well. If there is anything I need assistance with, the teams are able to help me find solutions. I also feel the documentation is really good. There are many integrations that can be done, and the tool is pretty easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface and UI could use an update. The drag and drop interface for building canvases feels very dated and is a bit clunky. Same for the email drag and drop editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its an easy and programmatic way for us to maintain omnichannel connection with our users.

Braze integrates seemlessly with Segment, and serves as a great tool when you have a mobile app to complement a web SaaS solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
In-app messages are growing stale with limited options of placement that makes the experience less interactive, and more interuptive.
