Great CRM tool, perfect for integrations with best in-class partners
What do you like best about the product?
Their intuitive interface makes the platform straight forward and complex solutions simpler to execute. The ease of intergration makes the tool work seemlessly with other best in-class tools and technology partners to power effective and novel marketing campaigns and customer relationship mamangement.
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking to troubleshoot more complex problems, it would be helpful to more easily access historical data and payloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us execute large scale campaigns and marketing personalization with relative ease, leading to improvements to our speed to market and overall growth of our clients' CRM programs.
The best marketing automation tool for customer engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does Braze unlock so many opportunities to connect with our customers, but it collects data to help us send the right message, at the right time, via a customer's preferred channel. Braze is the future of marketing automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes at the moment. Braze is continuously releasing new features and continue to stay at the forefront of customer engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an app that is connected to Braze that allows us to trigger messaging and canvases based on actions.

What do you like best about the product?
Scalability, usability and the overall architecture of the platform is next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe is the way it handles syncing complex data from Snowflake, there is a lot left to be desired there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General lifecycle and retention marketing efforst to our users via email and push notifications. It is enabling us to leverage our first party and zero party data with extreme efficacy and ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a lifecycle marketer's dream. Everything I need is right here to build robust lifecycle marketing programs that reach my customers exactly where they are. Tools and dashboards are intuitive, customer support is fantastic, and I love showing up to work every day to build strategic marketing programs within the Braze platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love the ability to dive deeper on reporting, beyond engagement metrics, I'd like more robust dashboards for more customer insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending communications when they're most relevant to users. We've gone from basic batch & blast sends to highly personalized, relevant communications that trigger when the message is most relevant to the user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement, retention, activation, etc for mobile app marketing - all measured well together, and reported back correctly.
We find immense value since having adopted Braze for our customer engagement efforts.

Revenue reporting capability is lacking.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to use interface and how non marketers can easy use it to create simple and complex campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really dislike a whole lot, maybe my only area of improvement would be to fix reporting to also be able to analyze the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving personalization, automatic sends and automation, being able to easy and quickly build templates.
The Braze Account Team has been top-notch from the initial contact.

The dashboard usability; the enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the Braze team.

Nothing yet! We've been very happy thus far.

PDI is establishing a multi-tenant solution to integrate our loyalty solutions tech stack with Braze to allow PDI customers to utilize a world-class CEM.

The training material is very good and the certifications are a great way to test your knowledge
