I love the segmentation and personalization available in braze!

i wish there was autosave available in braze

braze allows us to create communications that are personalized for all customers across multiple products, sports, and cities.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is very UI-friendly and is pretty easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding the power of Braze is difficult. Proof is in all the documentation. Obviously the use cases per customer/client are myriads, but it seems easy to get lost in the weeds trying to figure out how to accomplish our goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves our problems on setting up and reaching specific audiences in canvases.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Braze for 5 months and it has been amazing. The onboarding team were quick and fast getting us set up. They were the ones pushing for our organization to move quickly in helping set up our data ingestion. Turned us over to a great support team that has helped answer our best practices questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing to change for Braze is reporting on various languages or countries. We need this data but only get results for the entire campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with our patrons in various channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I appricate Braze's segementation builder. As Marketer, I am no longer dependent on others to create campaign segments
What do you dislike about the product?
I've ran into mobile rending issues when using liquid code for dynamic content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows me to quickly build personalized comms based on my consumers behaviors.

Customer engagement! I am beginner level on Braze but listening to all the exciting features. The potentials are real!

I need more trainings about Braze. I found it's similar to Salesforce
