Flexible API, But Complex Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Braze because it serves as an all-in-one platform, which means I don't have to use a variety of platforms for different tasks. The API triggers are easier to configure using Liquid, giving me more creative control. Liquid is also accessible and easier to learn, and once I know how to use it, the creative solutions are endless and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot. Open rate is inflated to include machine opens. We have to reconfigure our data to accommodate Braze usability. A lot of tech on the backend has to happen for Braze to work how we want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze as an all-in-one platform for omni-channel campaigns, simplifying processes by not needing multiple platforms. API triggers are easier to configure with Liquid, giving me more creative control and flexible solutions.
Braze is a great partner for any business
What do you like best about the product?
Braze offers a great solution with lots of learning tools and opportunities. Braze is also an extremely valuable partner for companies, as their technical and strategic support is second to none. Our CSM and Account Exec possess extensive knowledge of our company model and objectives and tailor their support and recommendations to our goals and objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that the majority of companies and brands that use Braze are consumer brands with applications, resulting in fewer applicable example use cases for our healthcare model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is constantly evolving, innovating, and iterating on their current offering. They provide their customers with early access to new features and connection for thought-sharing.

Braze is always innovating and making it easier for us to reach our members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Submitting support tickets can be a long process and sometimes does not end in a resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach members in ways that are unique to them and their member journey.
Great User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the customer success team at Braze. They are very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I have had great experiences working with the customer success team to troubleshoot any issues I run into in Braze and they are always more than happy to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are a few features that could be added to help make things easier to build in Braze. Specifically, an easier way to access snippets of logic, such as a library where they would be stored and made more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping to create personalized journeys for our users that drives conversions and increases engagement.
Braze is extremely easy to use and implement!

I love the reporting and how they have a fantastic UI that makes it easy to manage emails and reachouts
What do you dislike about the product?
They have limited B2B funtionality, but They have fantastic B2B partners!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving our Marketing Automation to ensure that our emails are going out on a timely manner to the correct people.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is customer engagement centric throughout the app
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech heavy, if you don't have great data or tech people as a marketer you might be a little lost

Communication with multiple audiences- makes it simple to communicate with many different audiences

Love how flexible the platform is and how intuitive it is to use from both a technical and non-technical marketer space

That there isn't frequency capping in place for in-app messaging

It's a tool that allows marketers to get their hands dirty and build impactful customer experiences.

There are a few things that feel like they should be out of the box but aren't available just yet that enterprise competitors have been doing for a while.

It is allowing us to cut down on build time significantly when compared to our previous tools.

The cost for data usage limits us from importing all of our data.
