I honestly believe Braze is the best option.
What do you like best about the product?
After a couple of years using Braze and having reviewed several competiors, I can safely say Braze is the best option in regards of usability, power and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish it was a bit less hefty on the price tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching users of my app who otherwise can't be reached. Narrow down by patterns of use and customer attributes.

Braze is an intuitive platform that adapts to a variety of teams' wants & needs. It's simple to onboard our teams, which is essential considering we are in the platform every day.

Braze has an opportunity to build stronger reporting tools for mobile and multi-channel campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping tie customer data into smarter, more personalized digital campaigns.

Very easy and convenient way to reach users!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to send multichannel messages and canvases!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they got back the "Next Send" button.

It helps keep tracks of data of sends so I can test new ideas to get users more engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
We recently migrated to braze and it has been a terrific experienc onboarding and getting some of our first campaigns launched.
What do you dislike about the product?
No qualms yet. Excited to dig in and get our hands dirty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We came from a platform that struggled with keeping up with our demands for constant testing and optimizing. Coming to braze has made that aspect of our program much more seamless and has allowed us to incoporate more testing into our arsenal.
I had a great experience at Forge. It's always nice to hear from other marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is so easy. It's almost unbelievable how easy it is to use the platform. The real-time data brought into the platform via the SDK is one of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dynamic content functionality could use some work. Will it was possible to create dynamic content via the drag and drop editor instead of using liquid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has allowed us to expand all our marketing channels and all from one platform. Love having all channels available in Braze and configurable in one canvas.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is constantly adding updates and improvements that appeal to customer requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is highly centered on customer actions not product updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly and easily personalize messaging and A/B test.
Braze is the best email tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very powerful out-of-the-box, and it is able to be customized to do almost anything you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a couple small features that I think need to be added. I'd like the ability to copy canvases from environment to environment. I'd also like to have volume alerts on canvases.

Braze allows us to power localized content and languages to over 15 regions wordwide.
Most sophisticated CRM tool I have used to date (and I have used a fair few)
What do you like best about the product?
I like most that innovation is at the forefront of everything braze does. I also really appreciate that braze is not afraid to collaborate with others, rounding out their own offerings to be able to cater to businesses in a meaningful way.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience integrations take a fair amount of time. Technical support is also challenging sometimes.

The degree of personalization that braze offers in terms of multi-channel user experience is really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical support on an ongoing basis (not with the general braze support) can sometimes be not as efficient and helpful as it could be.
