Effortless User Engagement with Limitless Personalization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Braze is to use, making it simple for me to manage tasks effectively. The Canvas components are particularly valuable; they simplify my daily routine and allow for high levels of personalization with my clients, which significantly increases my conversion rates. The initial setup process was super easy, which made the transition to using Braze seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limits for SQL Query Credits in Braze because they are too low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze to solve onboarding blocks, engage users mid-journey, and reduce churn. Its ease of use and Canvas components enhance personalization, streamline my routine, and boost conversion rates.
Braze is a great tool, I would prefer it because of the vast number of features and reliability

Sometimes they are too slow to adapt to change

It makes it easy for me and my team to manage and run campaign and also get realtime insights on the performance of the campaign.

1) Braze is useful to reach out to large no of users at once without errors.
2) Beginner friendly UI.
3) Lots of customization options in the braze and easy to cerate templates.
4) Braze has great user Analytics dashboard which is very useful after launching a campaign.

What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I am not able to find anything that I dislike keep up the good work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us to reach out a large numbers of users at once. Saving a lot of time in the process, Braze is user friendly and has great user Analytics which help us track users after campaign is launched.
Good, intuitive UI - Difficult to drill in the specifics

User friendly interface, responsiveness.

Even though there is a help center, how statistics are compiled is difficult to understand and master.

Braze helps us send messages that people actually like—no stress!
It’s easy to use. I can make emails, texts, and app messages fast. The drag-and-drop tool is my favorite—no tech skills needed! It also shows me what’s working so I can fix what’s not.

What do you dislike about the product?
It costs a lot for small teams. Some tools are hard to use without help. It have a lot of implementation steps to get going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us stop guessing what customers want. It lets us send personalized messages across email, text, and app notifications all in one place. Before Braze, we wasted time juggling separate tools and couldn’t track results well. Now we see what works instantly and fix what doesn’t. It saves time and keeps customers coming back.
New to engagement marketing and Braze has been invaluable!
What do you like best about the product?
The Braze Learning resources have been my favorite thing about Braze. There is documentation on EVERYTHING I might need, and both the self-paced courses and live classes have been invaluable, engaging, and empowering.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm finding that anything I find difficult about Braze can be mitigated by working with my engineering team to set up new data points and capabilities!

It helps us to individualize the content and support we offer our members, and to drive engagement
Just a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is User-friendly, has a great feature list and ist constantly evolving. If there are small features missing, they usually are in progress or in a beta already, They really listen to their customers. The Email Creator works incredible, segmentation is easy, and tagging quit funcational.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is really high of course. It might be the most expensive. Reporting could be a lot better as well and manually uploading data is kind of hard.

Making it easier to spin up marketing comms and callouts while helping us understand our customer journey through the product and cater our offerings to customer needs.
Quality and not too complicated products

- Native integrations with CDP (Segment)
- Personalisation in Braze is quite good and easy to understand, even with beginner (Catalog + Liquid Code)
- Estimate number of user segment is very fast

What do you dislike about the product?
- The criteria category to create user segment is sometimes confusing as the search doesn't work for all criterias inside big category (for example: subscription group, custom attribution, etc)
- Canvas trigger is a bit limited
- Documentation could be better to help users navigate inside the product

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and personalised email communication from Braze is super helpful for us when we need to communicate to millions of users. Also, as it has native integration with Segment, we could connect with our CDP right away and transfer custom audiences for specific targeting purpose.

We can use multiple channels of messaging like push notifications, in app messages, email campaigns, content cards very easily and also it can be integrated with external apps.

Sometimes it requires external integrations for simple or deep insights.
