Just starting. Looks okay
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing in particular, I just started using it. Looks okay, non-obvious from the start but definitely manageable after some time investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Metrics for launched campaigns look a little complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
advertising new products to the app users
Still in the onboarding stages of Braze...but dissapointed so far
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how robust Braze is. We're able to bring in Segment data from our mobile app and build out a more robust in-app marketing experience. Our team also appreciates inboxvision to see how our emails will be received in different inbox providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the onboarding and customer support experience. I'm not quite sure how the Bronze package is supposed to go but we've had an onboarding consultant who doesn't know much about the platform in terms of our specific niche use cases and support tickets that take 2-3 days to be responded to when our I.P. warming is failing.
The integration documentation and revenue attribution documentation is outdated and our onboarding partner tells us that Braze is getting rid of it's products section but cannot tell us how to bring revenue attribution into our platform. When asked if Braze will even have revenue attribution, I was told they weren't sure. Which is the main reason we chose Braze over a competitor.
Implementing Braze has actually been such a bad experience and left us to have to dig to find things ourselves because we have an onboarding consultant that doesn't know a lot about the platform.
Integrating Shopify events isn't straigth forward or user friendly at all even though it appears to be.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is easy to use, really prepared for non-technical roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of accessibility to data about users or engagement. Really limited canvas builder (no copy paste function for example)

The cross channel communication is very valuable.

There used to be a community of Braze users on slack that isn't available anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with our customers with marketing and transactional comms - using push, sms, in-app, and email channels.
One-many relation ship data is handled really well in Braze
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless creation of email templates and use of Data.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I update an email template, the changes don't automatically show up in campaigns that are already set up. This means I have to manually re-attach the template to each campaign, which is a hassle and can lead to mistakes, especially when making last-minute edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, handling one-to-many relationship data while executing campaigns became easy in Braze using context variables. A big thanks to the brains behind this idea.
A big upgrade compared to what we were using before
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface and ease-of-use meant that it did not take long at all to get up and running, and start seeing (better) results.
Transitioning to a new platform inevitably means some friction. I'm happy to say with Braze it was easier than the average migration and the feature set, and the insights at our fingertips, meant we we outperforming its predecessor within days.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a big advocate for personalisation, there are some aspects of canvas entry that are a little basic (single trigger), and don't correlate with the level of sophistication available elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of user journeys, with the speed and visualisation of the tests and results, and the high level of control over segments and audiences are great.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Braze is its robust segmentation and personalization capabilities, allowing us to create highly targeted, behavior-based campaigns. The user interface is intuitive, and the real-time data streaming helps optimize campaigns quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for new users, especially when dealing with advanced features like Currents or Liquid scripting. Additionally, pricing can become a concern as usage scales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving the challenge of fragmented, one-size-fits-all customer communication by providing a unified platform for personalized, cross-channel engagement. Before Braze, it was difficult to deliver timely and relevant messaging across touchpoints without heavy technical involvement. Now, we can use real-time behavioral data to trigger targeted messages, guide users through personalized journeys, and optimize campaigns on the fly.

The multiple integrations that offers make it so easy to orchestrate our communications and get valuable insight on our customers behaviours data.

Support sometimes lacks to assist effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a very easy to use platform when it comes to Marketing, based on actual and dynamic segmentation. The platform has many features that make it the Marketer's go to platform for launching customer engagement campaigns. Braze is very easy to use and offers a wide range of self-learning courses, as well as live courses, which help marketers gain detailed knowledge. I am very happy to recommend Braze to anyone who is looking to get their marketing to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze certifications are very costly. If the price comes down, then many marketers would love to complete the certification. This is one thing that needs to be checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving the real traditional marketing problems. As a Marketer I use to rely only on specific individual platform for Email matketing, paid ads and automation but Braze is next level. Braze has very advanced features which enable Marketers to personalize their messaging and target the audience based on dynamic segmentation as opposed to the static segmentation which I use on SAP Marketing Cloud.
