Wonderful customer support team for a complex product

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations, SDKs, Braze documentation, the customer support team is phenomenal and always ready to jump in to help
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX/UI can be quite complex, particularly for those who are new to the platform. At the moment, we depend heavily on external consultants to help us build our understanding, but this approach isn't sustainable in the long run. It would be very helpful to have more video tutorials available for self-service, as well as an onboarding experience that guides users in different roles—such as Product, Marketing, and Engineering—through the Braze interface and its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The In-app Messaging SDK is helping us achieve our goal of building stronger, long-term engagement with customers, especially since we depend so much on an external app like Instacart, where we don't have much control over the frontend user interface. With the in-app messaging feature, we now have greater control over when and how we communicate with our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an easy to use platform that has great training material for newbies. I started using Braze in my first job straight out of college with no experience in any similar platforms, but was able to get up and running very quickly using the Braze learnings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze has updates often, which are usually great; however, sometimes the user interface changes overnight and it can be disorienting. They usually are overall good changes, but it takes some time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows me to effortlessly send email, push, and sms campaigns to users.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use by Marketers and IT Data Teams
What do you dislike about the product?
SQL Segments Credits and how they get consumed, I wish it is more clear when we configure and process to keep track of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use by our Business Marketers and more robust Marketing Activation plaform to increase Loyalty conversions and most importantly drive hyper personalization for customer retention.

Best in class CRM suite

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has the most intuitive interface of any CRM suite I've used in my career. The growing feature set is impressive, the support is excellent, and managing in Braze has substantially elevated our Lifecycle experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze Segmentation needs quite a bit of work. Having to use CDP tools like Segment or High touch is almost a necessity because some basic segmentation tools that should exist in Braze simply do not. I hope audience creation and segmentation improves over the next year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to manage all three of our consumer applications under one roof with sophisticated journey-building and personalization. Most of our instances are now built in automations and triggering canvases.

What do you like best about the product?
That we can communicate with our customers on multiple channels leveraging data on the profile and also from custom events to create personalised messages
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze reporting could be more intuitive and the SMS part of the platform isn't as advanced as some others in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze became a single point of customer engagement for us across both app and web. it allows us to combine data from multiple platforms to create customized customer journeys

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very powerful tool that allows you to really leverage data to do smart and personalized messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints. My experience with Braze is pushing the product to the limits, so if I had to nitpick, it would be that using the product in unintended ways can of course be a challenge. :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze makes our Lifecycle Marketing Messages possible. We wouldn't be able to do true Lifecycle messaging without it.

It just works. And it has a multiplier effect on teams who use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No one wins if Braze is set up badly. Make sure you get some help from Braze implementation partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is already a strong platform for customer engagement, but experienced users understand that its true value emerges when you build on top of it. By connecting different tools, solving unique challenges, and creating tailored solutions, you can fully unlock what Braze has to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability for marketing exec levels but also technical and customisable for techies. Great community and supported through communities a great CSM's
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime releases could be a little premature, but enhancement to come thick and fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalisation, automation and putting power in the hands of marketers using the platform. Complex canvas', content blocks and adviced liquid opens doors for everything you could need.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to understand and the UI is great for non technical users. I like that you can create complex marketing campaigns with simple drag and drop actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we find that the in-app analytics are not accurate and we prefer to sync braze with snowflake and do some of our analytics through there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us AB test our customers for lifecycle marketing and analyze which messages are retaining our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so easy to navigate. The documentation is straightforward and provides context to anything you want to build. The CSMs assigned to your account are so helpful. Everythiing about Braze is a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the intricaces of API triggered sends - no information on the Braze side aside from the campaign I'd to identify which API goes where. I'd like a full list of the data points we have from an API logged on the Braze side for easier build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire customer journey is in Braze. Braze provides a platform for us to market to out users in targeted, data based ways.
