Effortless Email Customization with Intuitive Drag-and-Drop

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Braze is to use! The drag and drop feature is super easy to use and lets me customize my emails how I want. I am on braze on every day and build and launch emails often! Was super easy to learn how to use and it is much better than an old email platform I used to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if there was a way to easily convert HTML templates to drag and drop. In trying to switch my emails from html to drag and drop, and cannot get exact specifications to be the same and it is quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to build canvas' and select when a user receives a email. For us, we use it to build and launch emails to users. It is super helpful to test emails!

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is very simple to use and makes my life very easy to communicate with customers. I often send comms to our customers through email & product and braze makes it very easy to do so. I can easily segment with its integration tools as well as customising conversion metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up custom conversions is not as intuitive as I would like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send automate personalised messages to our customers. The canvas feature is incredible for mapping out customer comms journeys as we know multiple touch points to a customer has a greater impact on conversion. it makes it really easy to set these up

What do you like best about the product?
It does most things I need it to do, and they are very receptive to feature requests and suggestions. Having dipped my toes in other CRM tools, they dont even compare.
What do you dislike about the product?
The troubleshooting process is a bit clunky. Usually there is some important information that only a dev can see that helps solve the problem, but requires more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can set up a very complex journey in a Braze canvas and tailor it however I want. The automation is amazing, and once set up can just run behind the scenes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and use of the tools for building canvases for mass emails. In particularly new features such as the push notifications matching as opposed to different tabs to fill out, the reporting dashboard & different IAM options
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of drag and select tool and the glitches that occur sometimes leading to loss of work, not being able to save & 30 day limit of canvas duration

What do you like best about the product?
Community oriented and the company is constantly improving its service with new features.

Not every functionality is as easy to use as the other.

Braze is helping us support the user journey in our app. Through Braze, we can do this with personalised, accurate and timely communication. This way we can communicate to our users at the needed time in or outside our app, if that would be through always-on messaging or through more ad hoc communication campaigns.

Message template management: Finding or comparing templates across channels requires multiple clicks, which can slow workflow for teams handling many variants.

Data dashboards: Customizing or locating certain analytics views can feel unintuitive, especially when switching between message-level and user-level metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze user-friendly and appreciate the excellent documentation that comes with it. The query builder is particularly valuable as it allows me to dig into data from external platforms right within Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were initially some limitations meaning it wouldn't work for enterprise clients. It's quite straightforward to set up but requires a lot of process and discovery to ensure everything is covered. Important to plan data carefully to not use attributes as a series of flags and overload each user profile with masses of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for audience creation, journey orchestration, and template creation, which helps in marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I get to set up campaigns easily, whether it's email, sms, or push notifications (blast & automations). I just hope that there will be a feature to bulk upload images/gifs in the media library, as we often use creative images with the drag and drop feature. I also love the built-in analytics in braze as it's pretty straightforward, I just hope that the numbers will remain in the campaign analytics even if it was stopped a long time ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get confused about segmentation, especially when I created a segment for expired credit cards. Like i recently knew that the filters are per month (ex: expiration month is 2025-12-01 so the filter to use is before Nov 30. Or maybe it's just how our martech set it up in ht.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping our team to drive results and know the results right away due to their built-in campaign analytics.
