What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive without technical experience. When I do run into a technical question, the Braze customer success team has held my hand every step of the way and empowered our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrolling is difficult in canvas and I would like to archive stopped campaigns in the "message prioritization" feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Persistent inbox using content cards so that push messages don't dissappear into the void if a user wants to reference the message later.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations are always up to date, new partners and codes make Braze new everyday. I like to know it is always updated
What do you dislike about the product?
The segment builder is something I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Triggered campaigns, SMS verification codes and acquisition. I see our numbers are increasing and Braze is showing results.

braze is easy to use and understand on the users side, and you are able to do lots of customization
What do you dislike about the product?
braze can be tough to understand the data points, and using things like events for liquid personalization

using personalization to get to 1 - 1 communications with customers

What do you like best about the product?
Plethora of options to get data in and out of Braze , including CDI, Snowflake share, APIs. Well documented
What do you dislike about the product?
Data management tools. Easier visibility into what attributes and events are not getting used and easier way to manage/delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send the right communication to the right person at the right time

What do you like best about the product?
Braze allows us to create seamless integrations within our platform through its APIs. This capability drives our campaigns and helps us enhance personalization. The UI is clear, enabling campaign managers of all CRM expertise levels to easily plug in and hit the ground running. Additionally, we have a dedicated Customer Support team that helps us across the board - from help when we have issues to creative & strategy brainstorms.
What do you dislike about the product?
While campaign owners of all levels can easily plug in and use Braze, to do more advanced integrations, we do need engineering investment on our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us integrate vast amounts of customer data into our campaigns to improve personalization and create compelling user journeys based on where customers are in the life stage.

What do you like best about the product?
The ever evolving features - we have had a lot of opportunity to update and adapt our campaigns to new features and best practices that Braze provides. We are really looking forward to improving upon the user experience with BrazeAI features!
What do you dislike about the product?
Estimating audience sizes is tedious, as we have to hit calculate exact each time, and the variance could be huge if we don't. Would love if this was the standard. Also working with list data can be tough if we have lists from our offline databases, but need to target CRM campaigns by these lists, we'll have to upload in multiple pieces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is always on top of changing industry standards and has provided us with good insights on how to better utilize the advanced features.
