Marketing Messaging Platform for All Size Companies
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly flexible, so many personalization options, technically very nimble. It can be used simply for standard email, sms, push notifications for smaller companies looking to get more insights into their guest but can easily scale for incredibly large and complex use cases. As a growing company we're able to move all our marketing messaging to Braze and add additional app functionality to ensure our guest are getting the right messages at the right time. This also helps us gather more data on their engagement, what messaging resonates, and how our campaigns are contributing to our overall business KPIs. Implementation was easy compared to other intergrated systems but our team used a Braze suggested consulting team that helped immensely!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of they have so many function that allow for personalization and customizing messages, it can be a bit overwhelming. It takes dedicated time to sit down and experiment with all the possibilities. It's not a steep learning curve but it's a long path.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked a deep level or personalization when using our loyalty platform as our messaging platform. We now have better visibility into engagement across all channels and campaign performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Robust functionality, its easy to use and fairly intuitive. The help content and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search. Certain features are called intelligent and I don't know what that means. Begs more questions than answers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transactional messaging and performance reporting of campaigns/canvas. All in one platform with a strong support systems from vendor partners.

Braze is complex but also is relatively easy to get to speed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function doesn't work as well as I'd like, it doesn't find what I would expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze enables us to reach out users based on very specific events and attributes, which helps us to target for very specific use cases.
Making marketing automation easy
What do you like best about the product?
The UI within Braze is very intuative. Many journeys that a marketer can dream up are easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if customers could be in more than one journey/canvas at a time.

Braze has helped us to incorporate AI into our customer marketing.
Solid SaaS for LCM
What do you like best about the product?
Canvas drag and drop. Lots of capabilities

The search function is rough. Hard to find things sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is extremely quick - day-to-day processing is faster than competing platforms and makes for a painless execution work. Very flexible for nuanced use cases thanks to Liquid!
What do you dislike about the product?
Canvas editing/orchestration can be clunky at times - I wish it were more flexible such as allowing asset copy/pasting from one existing canvas to another. Also, reporting can be limited. Its event/success tracking is great but we've had to build asset performance reporting outside of the system due to less flexibility with dashboards etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shortens testing cycles and makes it easier to prove value than other competing systems. Handles large datasets extremely well.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall is a fairly user-friendly tool. The learning materials are extremely thorough and easy to follow. Braze has great tools to scale and personalize content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides of Braze include the reporting aspects. It is not as clear on how to report out on personalization and customized content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps reach customers at scale and is easy to implement HTML content.
Efficient, easy to track nurture software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to nurture customers based off of CDP data and triggers, plus tracking conversion and engagment in a meaningful way with stat sig tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't trust the revenue tracking yet and also think that conversions should be able to be edited post launch of a canvas
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting our customers with messaging for products they need at the right time based on trigger and attribute data
A lifecycle marketer's best tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has so many tools that help make the most out of lifecycle marketing. The ability to use custom HTML for emails and in-app messages means that we can ghave unlimited creativity, and the support of connected content and liquid variables means that we can personalized to no end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interfaces on Braze can be a bit clunky -- it can become challenging to navigate canvases or templates. Also, the frequent updates -- while largely really useful -- sometimes sunset small features that I have found super useful (like saving my recent searches in templates or canvases)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating user journeys! Having the ability to automate messages means that we are able to passively market to our users with a lot less lift on the daily.

Very versatile software, with smooth Journey capabilities

Transaction date is not a part of Segment builder
