What do you like best about the product?
Braze is accessible to non-developers, and makes it EASY to share with our marketing partners. Really accessible analytics out of the box that means I want everyone to have access
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is most effective when you have plenty of data in Braze with which to create campaigns. This is doable, and certainly worth it, but I'd love more opportunities to set up campaigns based on information that is *not* stored / passed to Braze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is supporting a significant improvement in our Push channel - specifically they're giving us metrics that we didn't have access before (including custom metrics based on our definition of success), faster testing with message testing in directly in the Braze portal, and unique functionality that will improve our message relevancy (Connected Content, real time API calls)

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has a simple UI for marketers to navigate complex user experiences. Braze makes it easy to create best in class personalized experiences with world class support

The reporting features could be improved to better allow marketers to self serve performance visualization

Braze allows my team to quickly access multiple customer events and create unique lifecycle journeys based on where a consumer is in their shopping journey

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I see potential in improving reporting tool/dashboard - it can do a better job in conversion visualisation. It would be nice to allow users to duplicate and reorder filters by dragging and dropping. It will also be cool if the interface responds well on small screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to deploy personalised, multi-channel journeys that engage customers at the right moment.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Braze customer service (Customer Success Manager / Julia and tech team!) They are always quick to reply and help us. Either for technical issue or for a question regarding a strategy.
Also, it's very easy to find information in their documentation and their lab are very well made for the onboarding!
So, in a short answer : the "Braze experience"
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is user centric (which is good for a lot of campaigns), but sometimes it can be problematic in some cases that we need to target a specific device.
Also, the platform is only in English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of data in the same platform / Braze. It's easy to retarget users based on their activity. Before we needed to export data from our CDP, then import it in a CSV.

What do you like best about the product?
- Braze is extremely easy to use. The user interface is very easy to follow and takes little official training to use.
- For more complex or Braze specific elements, Braze has great documentation and training.
- We have a great account team which pushes our team to continue to improve our communications.
- Single platform and UI for many marketing channels - email, SMS, in-app messages, push
What do you dislike about the product?
- The platform can be a bit slow to load, especially while working on Canvases
- Platform is not mobile friendly - difficult to check campaigns on the go
- It would be great to be able to see account specific metrics (# SMS messages sent/received) without having to reach out to account management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze enables our team to quickly and easily execute campaigns across multiple channels. It also empowers our team to analyze parts campaigns without analytic support.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast audience builder & count. Holistic orchestration tool (canvas).
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation options are a bit lacking, sometimes making us very difficult to create a segment with criteria that we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating automated campaigns that involves dynamic values via event properties, attributes, connected content, and liquid tempating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you'd like to use one of the best-in-class mobile marketing platform, go for it.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of the product in general. Content blocks, Templates and the general technical infrastructure allows less technical team members to use with ease without hindering more technical requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the "out of the box" features aren't necessarily useful for our use case, which is I guess the downside of a tool designed to be used across industries, that being said it's easy to disable or disregard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The braze platform has been instrumental in allowing us to create solutions designed around scale, automation and personalisation. Which improves the quality of our output and reduces the time we have to spend on menial tasks.

Sometimes logs you out if not in constant use

You don't need to write complex scripts like SQL or AMP, but you're still able to produce dynamic, data-driven messages

What do you like best about the product?
I can see all of the user's information in one place, as opposed to our old way, which required searching in multiple areas to find one answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no dislikes! I want to look up users by phone number, but we are working on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Braze has solved is by having everything in one place, which has sped up my work flow.
