What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the depth of use of the tool, including the multi-channel journey touchpoints, unqiue conversion definitions, and the powerful metric dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is very technical and appropriate for enterprise. Users must have tech support or engineering resources to use successfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently testing different strategic approaches to how the frequency of sending impacts our goals. With Braze's robust data reporting, I can build big-picture views of the impact of full-scale programs, thus helping my business to make considerations based on not only impact to base metrics and deliverability, but also long-term viability.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface: The Braze UI is very user-friendly, making setting up even the most complex customer journeys a breeze. Other departments in the organization love the tool and are able to easily navigate the dashboard.

Excellent support: Braze's success team has become invaluable to our team. The insight, strategy, and guidance they provide helps us to continue to improve our customer engagement program. They also keep us up-to-date on the latest product releases and features to be sure we're utilizing all Braze has to offer.

In-depth campaign creation: With Braze, we're able to send the type of message we want, to the users we want, at the exact time we want. The functionality to customize campaigns with Liquid has been a game changer, providing relevant content to our users at precisely the right time, cutting back on clutter and streamlining our messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike with the platform, but I would love to see an improved reporting tool, and maybe an updated way to sort/organize campaigns in the dashboard. We also have multiple marketers in the tool at once, so it could be helpful to have a flag that another user is making edits to a campaign as to not overlap progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to promote additional product features and educate our users to improve the customer experience. It also allows us to communicate important messages to millions of users at the exact time they need to know the information, reducing friction. We are able to create cross-channel messaging that is both meaningful and effective.

High touch account management and innovative partnership

What do you like best about the product?
Our account team from the onboarding team to our account management team is always willing to think outside the box with us to achieve efficiencies and increase the impact of our marketing initiatives. Additionally, the advanced technology within the Braze platform has allowed us to automate some of our more manual processes allowing us more time to focus on new strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, even when we have hit potential roadblocks, the Braze team was quick to identify resources we could use and offer assistance where possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is allowing us to achieve our 1:1 marketing goals - we have the ability to send to a customer on the right channel at the right time. It also solves our experimentation problems - we can now multivariate test on a campaign as well as within a customer journey, that's something we didn't have with our previous provider. We are also able to easily customize our messages to a local market.

you cant design within the platform. you need a designer to do this, and then you can upload it.

all communication channels and user data in one place. you can track custom data.

Can't beat their customer service! A highly technical, but reliable platform

What do you like best about the product?
Their team is AMAZING! Super responsive and helpful, any issues get investigated literally within hours after filing a ticket. Fantastic segmenting and flow-building functionality. Inbox Vision preview tool is precious.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is highly technical, and you need a dedicated HTML designer to get all the email templates to a good place. Editing is best done in HTML, which makes the whole setup less fool-proof.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us build a relationship with our customers and, well, get those sales! Email has been a huge purchase driver for us, and having effective flows and campaigns set up is ey.

What do you like best about the product?
The API capabilities are key to enabling any use cases and ideas that we've received from the business
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to build custom exports of subscription preferences and user profiles to our data warehouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the personalized consumer journeys our marketing and business teams have brought to us which saves our teams from handling these campaigns manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and navigate braze for campaign building. Canvas functionality has proven to be especially beneficial as we are testing into campaign building efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently missing more templatized customization and personalization for areas like In-App Messages. Harder for smaller teams that don't have creative and HTML/web-developer resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Braze for all of our mobile marketing needs, such as push notifications and in-app messages. It has helped grow our mobile program and overall business and revenue performance.

What do you like best about the product?
- This platform is very intuitive and easy to use.
- One platform for most of our messaging needs: Push, In-App, Email, and SMS.
- Excellent CSM and support teams.
- Detailed and comprehensive documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Reporting and Analytics can be more robust
- Canvas needs more testing options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One tool to centralize and orchestrate all our communications. The robust functionality of Braze allows us to engage with users without having to use other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very beginner-friendly platform that scales well for power users. I feel like anyone of any skill level could grasp the tool very easily. I have worked with other tools in the past that are very convoluted and difficult to navigate through in a way that facilitates efficient work.

I also really believe that Braze considers user feedback and devises ways to implement features that help the users. I have seen it myself in the SMS sector where requests made at my previous company have been implemented in my current company
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of organizational abilities, I know we have tags that we can, but I do feel that an integrated folder structure would be very helpful, especially in the templates and media section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to accurately and consistently engage with customers across multiple channels without having to use many other tools. Most functionality that a user could hope for is baked into Braze.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Braze is such an easy tool for collaboration with product and marketing. We are able to reach a full member funnel through braze with many different types of touchpoints (emails, texts, app pushes, app pop ups, etc). We can enroll new members, get them set up for success in the first 30 days, and then bring them back when they become inactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest challenge with Braze is the IP warming feature. I wish it was easy to schedule IP warming to an entire population so that it wasn't so manual every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us with enrollment, activation, engagement, re-engagement, and ultimately driving revenue and helping our members see real health results. We are able to reach members to aren't enrolled with our product and get them signed up, and then reach them at critical points in their health journey so they can reach their goals (weight loss, stress reduction, blood sugar, etc).
