It's an intuitive and powerful platform to configure multi-channel marketing messaging.
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and has a great learning lab to get new users onboard in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there are better ways to manage the media libraries and campaigns besides using the tags. Ideally it would allow me to put things into different folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports messaging via email, SMS, pop up, and push, and allows us to set up multi-channel campaigns to cover as many users as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of functionnalities, or ways to implement use cases. From Canvas/campaigns, segmentation creation and connected connected content. Overall quite intuitive to use. Also in general it's a trustworthy tool where things work the way they are advertised
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to manage the large number of canvases/steps/campaigns/segments. Especially for example when we need to modify one thing for all of them.
Another problem is some lack of visibility when troubleshooting sometimes: i.e. why did this user not receive this step etc..

We do all our CRM on Braze: Campaign creation, coordination
Segmentation strategy, some basic reporting. and all of our automated flows are built using canvases

Feature-packed, intuitive and comes with a great support team.
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is probably one of the most useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out-of-the box campaign analysis suite is a little basic for in-depth analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very scalable which has been great in the merger of our two companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new canvas flow feature, and the fact that there are drag and drop html templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is some opportunity to improve the reporting. It's also frustrating to manually add hundreds of filters - we should be able to do that in one action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us communicate with our customers in a more tailored and customized way than we ever have before. This benefits me by helping me understand our customer journey more clearly.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has a great UI that makes it easy to track metrics and report on campaigns. Campaign configuration is also very seamless. Drip series are quite easy to set up via Canvas. I also really like all of the learning materials that Braze offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor things that could be improved upon. For example, when you need to add certain identical custom attributes or events in bulk, I wish there was an option to duplicate the selected attribute/event instead of having to find it manually each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to build a comprehensive lifecycle for our users and makes it easy to personalize our campaigns, test various iterations of our campaigns, automate them, and keep track of how everything is performing.

Crashes sometimes and errors are not able to figured out

I really like how easy it is to use Braze. Our company was able to leverage SMS and automate programs a lot more efficiently. I also saved hours of time using their platform to send out my campaigns.

I wish we could see more data associated with campaigns.

Able to utilize SMS, able to automate programs, able to create segments quickly using data from Salesforce.
Braze is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze to be easy to understand! While I have only been on this platform for a short time, it has been something I have quickly picked up on with using and haven't run into any problems!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced is some minor technical issues I have run into. Sometimes, my emails won't save, and I have to restart the entire email. But this has only happened twice - but still a bit frustrating.

We typically track the open rate and how many orders have been placed upon sending out an email. We also track unsubscribe rates, but mainly focus in on how many people open our emails and place these orders.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like the most at Braze is that is very simple to create a campaing and I like the campaing templates

When you need to create a canvas is not that easy and I had some problems with some unstable features inside the canvas

Braze is helping out to reach the users and comunicate with them.

Step-by-step onboarding with Nicole and recurrent meetings with Julia and technical support = customer services
What do you dislike about the product?
Calculating data points on a regular basis because we were on edge and our developers team didn't want to implement it properly because of the risk to exceed the data points on our contract

Marketing automation in order to growth the readership.
