Really enjoy using Braze and all the things that we can easily creat.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating intelligent communications, such as automation, can easily improve our rates and engagements. Also, understanding the world of things that braze has to enhance communication with users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is hard to understand how to integrate with other programs, for example adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze really helps on how is the proper way to communicate with our base and is always making improvements at the platform.
Braze is a world-class CRM for many types of companies
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy interface and the advanced personalization. I have used the personalization tools to create a variety of campaigns — from personalization based on purchase history to their name to their account-type. It's really nice to have a platform that makes it easy to create campaigns that are engaging for your users. I also love that Braze comes out with new features often.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features that you have to ask your CSM to enable for you on the account. I wish that 'beta' features were more visible or accessible to Braze users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Braze is solving are: onboarding new users, engaging with current users, and letting users know about new features, offers, and coupons that are available to them.
Braze offers plenty automation capabilities, making multi-channel campaigns easier to execute.
What do you like best about the product?
The multi-channel message features, as well as the emphasis on mobile. Creating an automated flow that includes emails, push notifications, and in-app or in-browser messages is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the user interface has significant room for improvement. It is hard to navigate through large canvases with many messages and branches. Moreover, I believe that the reporting feature could be more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has enabled us to create automated flows for our customers, targeting them at different stages of their buying journey, based on their behaviour and communication preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has a community that can connect others to solve one problem. Besides that, the constant development of new features is outstanding, and the ability to personalize within texts or segment narrowed audiences is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the top of my head, at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The evolution of canvas has been a great development, we have been using it quite a lot and able to do more things and more complex with the same amount of people.

- the segmentation filters are not always clear/obvious
- changing assets on an HTML template is a bit of a headache - not super user-friendly for urgent/last minute changes unless you have coding experience

- data base analysis: effectiveness in creating segments without having to extract huge amounts of data

What do you like best about the product?
Best let us create soecial strategies to guide our users through each part of their lifecycle with personalized messages

We could be able to easy the personalization tools in a way data can arrive easily without so much intermediators

Its bringing incrementality and growth for the company through engagement comms

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has helped my company scale and engage with our customers that had huge positive results for retention, engagement, and revenue. the way we can set up custom in-app messages allows us to really hone in on where users are engaging and allows us to re-engage later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support was not as quick or thorough as we would have liked it to be.

Braze helps us build out and automate personalized customer journeys that aids them through onboading, retention, and more.
Advanced capabilities across channels
What do you like best about the product?
Great for multi channel canvas flows and experimentation. Intelligent timing and channel features make sending messages at the right time and right channel easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to segment results easily post campaign launch.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing retention, app installs and conversions across all of our campaigns.
A very powerful tool once you overcome the learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
The Braze support and CS team is very good. I felt that we get adequate support from our reps which I do appreciate. I took a more roundabout way to learn the platform (since I have never used it before) and now feel pretty comfortable with it.
The platform's overwhelming features and capabilities are useful for someone who understands exactly how they want to execute their campaigns. I do like the new canvas experience feature

What do you dislike about the product?
Building custom reporting on Braze is not as ideal as I'd like. Doesn't seem as cohesive as it should be and you cannot look at Canvas reporting in an intuitive way (that I know of) as compared to campaign reporting.
There are some interface inefficiencies which I'd like the Braze CX team to address. When providing translations for different languages, all the code exists under one area in which we have to manually add all that information. The problem is the increased risk of potential mistakes with alot of code needing to be added by the user. Instead, it would be nice just to have designated CX friendly areas to add the content we need for the respective language we select. The code should be "added" on the backend so the user can just deal with a more consumer friendly interface to minimize the potential for incorrect code or errors to be introduced.

Braze is empowering the opportunity for us to create ore in-depth and complex customer lifecycle messaging journeys. The current problem we have right now is retention and user stickiness. We expect to improve this retention issue with the features that Braze has available to us.
Modern, User-Friendly system.
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very user friendly. I can easily self service on the platform and get answers to what I need. The Customer Service is also great. My partners are very responsive and attentive to my needs. Overall it's one of the strongest ESPs I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The campaigns and customer journey (Canvas) sections cannot be looked at together in reporting or on a calendar. When I'm building out smaller customer journeys in canvas, they don't appear in a calendar-like setting, so it's a bit of an inconvenience to have to merge reports. However, when looking at the package in totality, their benefits far outweigh this small con.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us communicate with our Customers through the right channels and providing innovative tools to help us achieve that through personalization. We are seeing engagement metrics that we wouldn't have sight into otherwise. What most impresses me about Braze is that they proactively inform us of new industry trends and features.
