I dislike not being able to contact my customer success manager.

What do you like best about the product?
The team are super helpful, the platform is easy to use, I appreciate how consistent the software is and how responsive the team are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues to iron out with reporting and this has been suggested to the team but must be in the pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving our push notification and email issues out which is benefitting us in terms of engagement and revenue
Braze CRM Platform Review
What do you like best about the product?
Braze does a great job of making the execution of all CRM outreach very simple with a great UX. Whether its a simple one-off campaign or a complicated multi-step, multi-channel user journey - building out the segment and the canvas logic is simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the performance data can be a difficult process. Often the needs of how the data needs to be analyzed or even found can be cumbersome to do in Braze and often requires data to be manually pulled from the campaign level and plotted into spreadsheets to be truly useable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows my team to build and deploy marketing campaigns via traditional CRM/Lifecycle channels while also allowing us to help drive better-retargeting performance advertising by using our first-party data to personalize paid media based on where people are in the customer lifecycle in real-time.
It's a pretty good platform, I highly recommend to level up your business!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature used to create flows of communication on several channels! It helps me alot to reach out our customers smoothly!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no autosave, I always have to make sure to save my work as a draft, or I risk losing the changes I make to the flow!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a campaign orchestration, it helps me a lot in my daily work! It's powerful and easy to use, and it is built intuitively, it allows us to communicate with our customers through multi-channel.
Has a lot of different functionalities which become easy to navigate after a bit of learning
What do you like best about the product?
Canvas Flow - it gives you a great overview of the customer journey and makes it easy to map out and test different strategies. It's UI is very intuitive compared to others that I have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have one personal dislike, and that is that on some pages it can be a bit buggy. For example, the page can get stuck on email templates making you unable to scroll up and down. Also the full page will refresh when coming out of campaigns which can be annoying when you're working with multiple campaigns in a session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to message our customers automatically based on their needs, without the need for manual sending. It gives us a great insight into what messaging is working, and what needs tweaking.
Great Email Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Advanced functionality, ease of use, powerful features, clean design

The learning curve for the onboarding was pretty steep compared to other similar platforms,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows me to easily reach a target audience. I can also automate a number of tasks.
Great platform for app based businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Braze's UI is easy to navigate and learn in a short amount of time. The best features are the in-app notification and push tools, its ability to show real-time test results in a convenient dashboard, and the Canvas Flow. Their team of CSMs is also thorough and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limitation to how much you can report and monitor when looking at month-over-month metrics or database growth. The ability to pull reporting like this is almost non-existent unless you find a savvy solution within Braze's Segment tool. There is no ability to wrap date ranges around segment filters, and when there is, there's a limit to how much time is captured (usually 30 days). Their email builder is not the best I've used coming from Marketing Cloud and Marketo, so if your business relies more heavily on email marketing, this might not be the best option if you don't have a team that knows HTML. Braze primarily shines on mobile marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is working to solve for the amount of time a user can look back on when monitoring performance. Their newly introduced Canvas Flow tool has made ongoing omnichannel customer journeys a breeze. I also appreciate their attention to the development of Braze Bonfire, a Slack community of Braze users to ask questions and solve problems.
Creating a campaign is pretty simple via Braze.
What do you like best about the product?
Targeting active and churned users is pretty much easy. From creating an individual campaign to a canvas with multiple action steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are mostly using custom events, sometimes we can't properly track the right conversion. This is not entirely Braze fault. It's something our engineers need to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we only push out messages and highlight certain campaigns but with trigger events, it made our push messages more relevant to our customers.
Powerful tool with lots of customization available
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a powerful tool with a ton of customization available in terms of attributes and events to personalize and trigger communications. They also have the ability to connect to other channels they don't offer themselves such as direct mail, phone, two-way SMS etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze should offer live customer support instead of only email support. Additionally, due to the ability to customize ideally the CRM team has a dedicate Braze engineer to help with these customizations - Braze should truly offer engineering support. It's an easy win-win for the client and them.

Braze is helping us reach the right audience at the right time with the right channel.
Excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easiness of you, user-friendly front-end. It's easy for the team to create both automated and "manual" CRM campaigns, without the need of a specific technical knowlegde. Overall it's a very good tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I would expect a better reporting for measuring the results of ALL campaigns at the same time. Unfortunately we need to download a report for each country and build our reporting on Excel merging all the .csv files together

With Braze we are able to automatize our CRM journeys and get in touch with our customers without the need of creating a campaign every day. We can be relevant and fast without investing too much time in manual changes
