Great tool for marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user-friendly Braze is. I was able to get onboarded very quickly, given how straightforward the tool is. I enjoy their segmentation capabilities and ability to create customer journeys using their canvas tool to visualize the flow. Great customer service: they have good documentation and our CSM is always attentive to all of our questions with quick follow-up to help us with any issues or provide us with guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics have room for improvement. We have to rely on our CSM to get data pulled that's too complex for us to pull directly from the dashboards. We are trying to grow our ongoing personalization triggers which fall within their canvas feature which doesn't have the best reporting. I feel that their reporting and analytics are best for one-time batch & blast campaigns. I also wish they had a better way to prioritize campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily deploy campaigns across email and push notifications to drive engagement and revenue - increasing our personalization efforts and getting customers content related to their preferences.
New to Braze, excited about what's to come
What do you like best about the product?
Since completing onboarding with Braze, I've been encouraged and pleased with the amount of strategic support they offer. It is great to have all of our direct-to-consumer digital marketing in one place and we've seen strong results from all of the data we have been using to inform FB and Google campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides to Braze is the data point restrictions that are put in place. If you do not have a CDP centralizing your data, downstream impacts will affect pricing and your success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us centralize all our messaging so we don't over-inundate users. It also allows us to send personalized messages and offers to users on their preferred channels.
Probably the best-in-class cross-channel engagement platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and intuitive dashboard. Options to target users across email, push, mobile in-app, web in-desktop, SMS, and more. New users can be ready to send campaigns in a matter of hours. The huge resource & knowledge library and the helpful, skilled Support make creating any solution a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customization elements require the help of developers/engineers to pull off. There is a steep learning curve (but a rewarding one!) to achieving more advanced personalization use cases and implementing 3rd party data/content into Braze campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables Product Marketers to communicate with their users/customers at any point of their customer lifecycle journey - from creating the account to becoming a life-long loyal customer and advocate.

Good tool for engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's quite a comprehensive tool for orchestrating elaborate user engagement campaigns. It covers all the major channels one could expect to work with and provides access to a community of like-minded professionals where you could exchange knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require a somewhat steep learning curve to get started and get one to launch some impactful initiatives. I think especially during onboarding the company can provide a bit more assistance and tailor recommendations that would set up a new account for success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is reducing our internal dependency on the development team to launch push notification campaigns and this is of course a big time saver. It also brings more power to the marketing department when it comes to the complexity of initiatives that can be deployed.

Braze has allowed us to create effective strategies for costumer engagement, communication and retention in an increasingly mobile and digital world. It has helped us increase all major KPIs.
Braze is a very completed CRM tool. They constantly develop and introduce effective new features.
What do you like best about the product?
The usage of the tool is very visual and clean, this makes it easier when creating large messaging flows. In addition, they have a very quick and involving Support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Braze functions are hard to understand for Marketing people, so Martech or other tech teams need to get involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Braze I can automate my campaigns, but also create segments within my audiences and reach them with diverse channels with very intuitive and visual set-ups using their platform.
Great ESP for Emails, SMS, Push
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a comprehensive ESP including the ability to send emails, push, sms, track analytics, upload images, and customizations on all of these. We like the options provided to personalize our campaigns the way we want to test them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more complicated projects can be difficult to accomplish in Braze if they conflict with internal systems. Trying to make the two work together becomes the challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping send our notifications which is extremely important. We do not have an internal system to do this at this time. For this reason, Braze is essential to all the profit we make in CRM Marketing.
The most complete tool for data and CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Braze's documentation is very rich. For any question, there is always an answer within the documentation, and this makes a big difference in optimizing my time.
I also like the many ways I can create a one-off campaign or journey. It took time, but I understand that Braze gives you several ways to solve your problem.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of visualization of a journey. There is a platform in Brazil called Dito. This platform consists of designing a journey in a drag and drog manner, with communications already established at the first moment. In our company, as we have a lot of communications several times a day, Frequency Capping helps, but it's tricky to figure out the hooks of the journey and if they mix. I mentioned Dito because the way the journey is built (with the option to be 100% visual) would transform our routine into something more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement Reports for sure! This report is incredible, and when he entered the platform, we just had to celebrate with fireworks! This solution will be put to good use when it reaches all channels besides email.
