Great product, but not always straight forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has a great UI and is definitely user friendly. When it comes to setting up canvas's and campaigns it's really great! They also have a great help center.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can think of a few small things that make using Braze a bit challenging. Staging and Production don't sync, so if you test in staging, you have to recreate everything all over again in prod. It would be great if there was a copy-over button. Also, when it comes to attaching templates to campaigns, they are entirely separate. If you update a template, you have to go and reattach it to the campaign; it would be nice if when a template was updated, the campaign was automatically updated as well. In addition, I wish there was a feature that would auto-save all your template, campaign, canvas and segment work every minute or 30 seconds. If you forget to hit save, you will lose all your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze simplifies the user journey with their canvas flow feature. It's so easy to use and includes so many options on how to actually use it. It's a great feature!

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is great at giving you a holistic view of all your marketing communications - including email, push, app messages, etc. They are also proactive about product feedback and are continuously iterating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze's unique identifier is device ID which makes it super difficult for developers and marketers alike – user imports are way harder than they should be. Their segmentation filters and reporting tools are also not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to market to our customers via multiple channels and increase engagement and conversions. We are able to test, learn and improve our marketing strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an excellent tool for creating multi-channel user journeys for any stage in the user lifecycle. Additionally it's user friendly, has excellent documentation and isn't difficult to learn like other CRM software. Braze is something my team uses daily
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation in Braze is not as powerful as I'd like. This means you need to bring in additional toolings like segment or amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us to solve retention and activation problems - this benefits our team because the better our comms are the more engaged our users and the more they want come back.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is very easy to use and navigate, with a decent amount of tools you can easily integrate. This makes Braze a reliable tool. You can also be actively involved in the improvement of the tool, which is very nice. So it's a great tool all around. So if you are looking for a solution for your product/marketing team to design customer communication efficiently and well, I recommend Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many improvements, so I would ask to give Braze a 10, just some small suggestions.
For example, I'm used to tools auto-saving campaigns/canvases/any changes, but Braze does not do that. That sometimes causes extra work since the changes are gone, when you forget to save your changes. What also plays into that is that Braze logs you out after some hours and if you forget to save anything, it's gone.
Another point is that when you launched a campaign, you can't change everything (even when the campaign/canvas was not sent out yet).
Also worth mentioning is that Braze is quite expensive and hardly affordable for smaller startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know if they are working on the things I would like to have changed, but I put in some requests and waiting for them to implement them. Good that they always come up to you when they released a new tool.

Great CRM, but with some issues with integrations

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy the most is the organized and immediate layout of both the campaigns/messages and the data and reports. Customer support is fast and, in the event of a failure, alerts are imminent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not as much variety in the integrations they have with partners as other CRMs have (for example, Hubspot). I would like to have cheaper survey and gamification tools with better accessibility. Also, I need to be able to have a platform within data reporting and not only campaign performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a platform for creating user life-cycles and communications in mobile applications, as well as having a campaign reporting system that monitors user conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really intuitive, easy to use, has alot of good features (especially canvas), and you get alot of support being onboarded onto Braze
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations where you might end up needing a plug in to get the exact capability you want or need

Being able to execute multichannel, non linear, really targeted customer journeys with ease

What do you like best about the product?
Great improvements have been made on the product side in the past years, now it's a user friendly tool that makes the work of crm teams easier and more enjoyable
What do you dislike about the product?
As all other tools, to exploit its full potential some tech effort is needed along the way to develop some features and improve some integrations. For teams that have limited support from tech this could be limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to build complex journeys thanks to the new canvas flow and the tag system. This allowed us to have more program live that co-exist without overlapping

What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager is always quick to reply and expand upon examples of ways other companies have taken advantage of their tools. Content cards for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of customisation allowed within drag and drop blocks is a bit frustrating. A lot of our team had to learn the basics of HTML because of this.
