What do you like best about the product?
Great community. Incredible support. Constantly adding functionality. Allows me to use one tool instead of stacking a ton of separate ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve, but that just goes with any powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us message (and personalize messaging) to members through email, SMS, push, & in app messages.
I've used Braze in two different positions and believe it's a great CRM tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the multichannel messaging and reporting capabilities. Everything from drag and drop templates and IAM messaging is also very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
No zooming in on the canvases, sadly. I also want better reports!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any messaging to segments is better than other CRM tools i've used like Emarsys and Mailchimp

The new Canva Digest page UX could be improved - easier to find your campaigns, removing the Status: Active default

Uplift - easy to implement solutions and train new people on it
Fantastic ESP - close to perfect, from the features to the customer service

The customer support is fantastic – really responsive and knowledgeable team. The features are great and the UI is intuitive.

Link tracking on every single link by default would be handy.

Braze helps us send personalised emails at scale – meaning we can effectively communicate with our user base.

Ability to execute omni-channel campaigns at the click of a button

Troubleshooting and debugging dynamic content gets very complicated

Reduces the cost of our CRM program and increases ROI
Extremely helpful and easy to navigate

I like the intelligent timing aspect of Braze. That's very helpful and important to ensure we reach all of our customers at the best time for them.

Having to update the segments each month manually.

It not only sends out our emails but also collects important information for us. It also lets us know how effective we are and what we can improve.

Powerful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Braze makes creating emails/app push notifications and sending them out easy and straigtforward. You can design your email using drag and drop without much background knowledge of html coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's a delay in the image-uploading process when creating an email. You also need to hit "insert" after uploading the image, which I forgot a couple of times as I assumed uploading means replacing/adding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps me create emails and push notifications with ease. The UI is simple and user-friendly; you immediately see what you put in. It saves me time learning HTML coding and I don't need to worry about messing up with the codes.

Support we get from our Customer Success Manager and help center

Reporting could use some improvement, being able to see more campaigns at a time and look back longer period. Also interface
