User friendly and intuitive. Documentation and the user guide is plus point.
What do you like best about the product?
Documentation & user guide and the Braze user community. Whenever I get stuck, I can search in the same and clear my doubt.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, we are still learning and exploring the possibility with Braze
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From SendGrid to Braze, I see not much difference; however, I can say it's a very user friendly tool. We are still learning and exploring the possibility.
Very Intuitive Email Marketing Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a very easy-to-use email marketing system. You can create emails from scratch or use one of their templates. It's very easy to create segments, import and export lists, create workflows and pull reporting. If you ever get stuck on something they have an expansive resource library.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides of Braze. So far everything has run smoothly and I have been able to find every function I was looking for with ease. No issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has provided us with an easy and intuitive fully-capable email marketing tool. You can easily see your campaign performance, build workflows, integrate with Meta and other platforms, schedule and design emails.
Would not recommend to a novice
What do you like best about the product?
It seems like there's a lot of ways to slice and dice audiences. I haven't yet run into an issue where I wanted to target a specific group of users based on an action and wasn't able to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is NOT user friendly. I've used other systems that have similar functionality to Braze (ex: Customer.io) and even though I was new to those systems, they were incredibly easy to figure out and start leveraging. One major issue I have is that whenever you set an onboarding flow live, you're unable to make any adjustments to the emails in the middle of the journey. If you want to do that, you either have to wipe out the existing content and add your new stuff in OR duplicate the entire flow and push ppl to the new one. It's absolutely ridiculous.
I find the Help Center to be fairly blah in how helpful it is — I have had excellent success leveraging the Slack community, though. Very happy to see that resource available.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to target users for in-app messaging and ability to build out onboarding emails. In both cases, it's helpful that everything from target audience to send schedule to the actual creative is in one single platform.
Everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can toggle between the campaign, the scheduling, segments, and conversions all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I don't have the ability to click into the code to make quick and easy changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency, particularly pertaining to everything needed for one campaign all in one link.
intuitive and with a modern design! There is room for improvement in analytics though
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an easy-to-use tool with a modern design, unlike other CRMs competitors. It can be used by anyone, without SQL or development skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to be able to integrate it with other areas such as Customer Service, Media or Social Networks, to make it a 360º tool and to be able to make more personalised flows based on more aspects of the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to send messages taking into account the internalisation of the company, thanks to functionalities such as Intelligent Timing.
Comparing to bigger competitors on the market, Braze is an both a intuitive and powerful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
We can rely on our CSM and a very efficient support team for any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can sometimes be limited in the technical capacities of the tool for high volumes of treatments and data transfers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using Braze for both ad hoc campaigns (one-off based on external criteria) and always-on campaigns (automated programs triggered by customer's actions) to support brand awareness, engagement, conversion, retention and reactivation.
I think Braze is very user friendly put still has potential for product improvements.
What do you like best about the product?
The Interface is very user-friendly, and there is the ability to integrate Braze with a lot of different tools
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the inflexibility in the segmentation options. I feel like I am missing a few ways to catch everyone in a segment. For instance, If I want to send content cards to a specific segment with users who has run through a Canvas, the only option is to say that they entered the Canvas xx days ago, or last received a message xx days ago. It would be great to be able to add a last step of the Canvas catching everyone that has finished the canvas flow and putting them in a segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing for us is that we can connect Braze to other platforms and tools, allowing us to track the content we push on those platforms.
Great experience - 10/10
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create experimental lifecycle journeys easily with the canvas features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when making changes to Canvases, I sometimes need to create an entirely new one, rather than amending the existing one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is allowing us to maximise conversions and product usage.
A few of our lifecycle journeys have already resulted in statistically significant results that are measurable, proving the value of CRM even more.

I've been working with different ESP's for 10+ years and Braze is by far the best I have every used
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of ESP's are difficult to use and were built for a developer. Braze was definitely built for the marketer. They also have the best documentation if you aren't able to figure something out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a live chat support team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that Braze is helping me solve is allowing me to be able to use email, sms, in-app, push and content cards all in one system
