Reliable software for reaching users.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly the software is and how easy it is to schedule campaigns to reach a wide range of users. Also, I like how easy A/B testing is to schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an easier way to generate shareable reports via PDF to other users. If there was a way to simply click "print" and export as a PDF that would make things better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is creating new and engaging ways to reach users through push notifications and in-app messaging. I find that this increases our retention rate across platforms.

Great tools to help promote content

What do you like best about the product?
The documentation & learning videos help new hires & current Braze users the ability to teach themselves new strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the new features require SDK - Working in a big company, this isn't always an easy task. Wish Braze could update for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now the problem is the different user experiences we have been seeing on the same push alert.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the preview of the notifications before they get sent out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the interface is not very intuitive and there are a lot of little features that require exhausting research.
I also dislike that the help button is not helpful. I often have to message the Braze representative to get the help that I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It maximizes our digital campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is pretty straightforward. Setting a campaign and seeing results, is just a piece of cake with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of tabs on the right side can be reduced to prevent confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated newsletter sending within the company via pre-made templates helps us save time and understand whether the audience is really checking them.

Great Tool - Better Customer Support and Partnership

What do you like best about the product?
Braze fits all the boxes on being a great tool that solves problems but where I believe they excel is partnering with their clients to rethink the implementation of previous strategies or approaches when it comes to communication/marketing. For our instance, this was not a transactional purchase from the POV of selecting a vendor but rather a partnership to leverage the Braze experts and also glean off where other Braze customers are finding success. The tool is flexible in that it serves basic use cases along with being able to handle more difficult uses cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many to date but if I had to knick pick that cost structure on data points is a "different" approach but has not been a major issue thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation and the ability for super users to be less dependent on tech teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Baze offers an amazing amount of tools for learning and help while navigating Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes navigating complex canvas gets a little overwhelming with all the steps and lines
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to send multi-communicative correspondence to our supporters all while only using one product.

What do you like best about the product?
Canvas flow; webhook automations; segment auto-calculations when adding filters; physical mail + email + sms automations all-in-one system; good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drag & drop email functions are not the most customizable (as compared to competitor platforms); inability to download .csv for recipients that received one part of canvas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows my team an all-in-one system for marketing communications to our members; the ability to automate physical mail with e-mail with SMS is amazing. It saves us a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to segment users, love how you can create behavioral triggers and audience paths based on activity. Very easy to visualize campaigns, great support and they are constantly coming out with new tools and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while there is an issue like updating or changing elements of an active canvas that no one, including braze support, is 100% certain how it will effect users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing user activation, retention and reactivation through sending relevant timely communications automatically and being able to simply visualize and build it.

What do you like best about the product?
Very complete tool, we use it to send emails , in-app and push messages to our customer base

Platform is very complete and advanced

Support team is very well prepared
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a long learning curve at the beginning, took me 3-4 months to train a non-digital person to start using it confidently

I guess that for people with CRM experience in competitors tools that time can be shortened to 2-3 weeks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can segment our customers and talk to them differently, not only depending on which country they are, but also depending on their behaviour in the APP

It also has an add-on that helps me manage franchises in different countries

What do you like best about the product?
Really great automation tools, ability to do email (ad hocs, lifecycle, transactional, triggered) along with push notifications as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formatting of how the information is organized isn't great. There are also pesky reminders that you can't seem to quite get rid of easily. Data organization is not all that great, either — we've had to basically make our own "folders"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-channel communication is wonderful! It's benefitting our team because all our comms can live in one place instead of one place for email, one place for push, etc.
