Braze makes connecting with users easy!
What do you like best about the product?
As a product marketing specialist, Braze allows me to connect with users of the Roadie app through a wide variety of channels. I can create seamless user journeys with tools like Canvas and gain better understanding of my users with in-depth analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to track conversions through change in custom attributes rather than only through custom events
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze fully integrates all the tools I need as a marketer into one central platform!
First Time Braze User
What do you like best about the product?
I like the opportunities that Braze will open for my organization and our abilities to revolutionize how we engage with our customers. I like the idea that we can personalize texts and emails to make the engagement with customers more meaningful and helpful to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am brand new to Braze, so I am unsure yet on this question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use Salesforce or, even worse, SocketLabs for our customer engagement. This limits us greatly in how much analysis we can do on our campaigns. The success of the campaigns in mainly conjecture. Braze is allowing us to get real data on the effectiveness of our campaigns. Additionally, we plan to use Braze to create more personalized content for our customers and tailor the emails and text messages to their online experience to help drive conversion.

Industry-leading AI capabilities for decision-making and the democratization of technical tools
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX itself isn't as self-sufficient as some competitors

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Braze maintains a clear focus and is always evolving. While some other CRM platforms can feel like a "Jack of all trades, master of none," Braze gives me the opposite impression.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Braze is making impressive strides with innovative technologies like AI, I feel that some of the fundamental aspects are still not best in class. I would like to see them place more emphasis on refining the basics once again.

Braze is our only B2C CRM platform, so it allows us to send cross channel, real time marketing to our millions of customers.

So many tools, so little time
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intutitive and easy to use (with the right guidance). From dedicated account support managers to learning paths to comprehensive documentation and even Braze Bonfire, there are many ways where i've been able to ramp up my skill set and have my platform questions answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still a relatively new user of the platform, and there are so so many tools and integrations to learn about and test into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is enabling my team to create thoughtful, personalized omni-channel Lifecycle Journeys and editorial campaigns that reach the right audiences at the right time.

Braze's user interface makes it extremely easy to create and deploy campaigns to audiences of all sizes and across any vertical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze lacks some of the more technical features that its competitors offer, but many of these are only relevant for businesses with complex, large-scale programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows my business to engage, activate, upsell, and retain our customers using a variety of lifecycle marketing channels including Email, Push Notifications, In-app Messages, and more. This allows us to onboard customers to our platform, cross-sell them new services and features, and increase customer LTV. Braze enables our business to market at-scale using real-time personalization and AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the usability of the platform. It is easy to navigate and to train new users on quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company is not an eCommerce platform and a lot of the out of the box solutions are for eComm

Braze has made it easier to incorporate personalization into our email and IAMs
Great UI and learning materials
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is user-friendly and offers a wide range of excellent learning courses, along with thorough documentation guides that help address any questions. It enables you to conduct A/B testing easily without needing engineering support, making it simple to iterate and optimize with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really identify any major drawbacks to using Braze. Occasionally, they update or modify things, and when you log in, the interface might look different or certain features may have changed. Sometimes it's hard to remember if something was always that way or if it's a recent update. While it's great that the platform is always evolving, these changes can be a bit confusing at times.

Braze helps support multichannel messaging and allows the team to iterate and test without engineering support.
Great experience and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Braze is how intuitive and powerful the tool is. The platform makes it easy to build fluid and personalized experiences and the tools within platform are easy to navigate and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the email feature, I find that there is no option for a mobile design view or a dedicated dark mode for building emails. Occasionally, my work does not save as expected, and I feel that the search function could be improved, as it does not meet my expectations.

At the moment, it is helping us manage our email sending and centralize all customer communications and localization within a single platform.

The product stands out for its ease of use, straightforward implementation, and the wide range of features it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and analytics features could use some improvement. They don't quite meet my expectations yet.

Previously, product development roadmaps tended to be too lengthy, making progress difficult. Now, the CRM teams are able to move projects from the planning stage to execution much more easily.
