Labra.io transformed our AWS Partnership and skyrocketed pipeline growth
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up Labra was super easy, and it makes co-selling with AWS seamless. We’ve been using Labra for over four years now to power our AWS Partnership, and there is a stark difference in the way we operate, moving away from tedious manual work to automated workflows. The Labra team has also been accessible and able to customize the product to cater to our needs.
Labra also helps us manage resale authorization with our partners. We have reduced our Sales Ops workflows by 50% and 10x increased visibility with AWS and our account team. With the added visibility from AWS, AWS-originated deals have increased by 200%, with 85% of our pipeline now generated from AWS. This helped us make the case for a dedicated partner development manager and further improve our synergies with AWS, enabling better opportunities and high-value business prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t had any real concerns with Labra, just new feature requests. Labra has been amazing at listening to our use cases and enabling us to perform more and more actions on an ongoing basis. Kudos to the customer success team at Labra for helping us make 100% use of the platform and adopt the latest AI features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is a proponent of AWS and AWS Marketplace. As an advanced consulting partner, we list our services and transact with our customers via the AWS Marketplace using private offers. Labra and their platform have been a godsend in this regard, helping us unite our APN Customer Engagement (ACE) portal and our CRM tooling to publish and update our listings on the AWS Marketplace, create opportunities and share them upstream with AWS, and overall manage the customer procurement process with the rollout of private offers to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how labra enables our team to work with cloud marketplaces and co-sell initiatives without ever leaving our CRM. They have API-based integrations that are easy to set up, secure by design, and meet our compliance standards. End-to-end integration was quick and didn’t cause any downtime in our Cloud sales operations. This was key for us since we have been using the PTB daily to get a handle on who out there is most likely to have a conversation with us.
We’re overall very happy with the platform and service provided by the Labra team. Their platform has scaled our hyperscaler partnership without the manual work that comes along with it. We’ve had great success leveraging their latest AI and Marketing capabilities. This goes to show how much they understand hyperscaler partnerships and are constantly innovating to help their customers stay ahead.

What do you dislike about the product?
This does not happen often but i sometimes need to trigger a manual sync to fetch the latest co-sell opportunities — but that’s often due to pipeline issues on the hyperscaler’s side. When we do run into issues, Labra’s support team is always quick to respond and help resolve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra has automated our Marketplace offers and cloud co-sell process for the sales team — all within our CRM — saving us hours each week.
Being able to integrate this fully into our existing stack without dedicating technical resources and having to handle complexities from our end is a huge win.
They fit in well with our current and future hyperscaler GTM goals, and we’re seeing positive revenue growth month over month and year over year.

Labra keeps us automatically aligned with AWS team and field sellers. They understand AWS GTM motions inside and out, and both their team and product are easy to work with .

Navigating the maze of AWS startup programs has been challenging. Labra’s team understands the landscape well and guides us through it. It would be great to see more of that guidance built directly into the product in future updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, we wouldn’t have been able to pull off our AWS Marketplace launch this quickly without Labra. Now that we’re on the Marketplace, we’ve been able to demonstrate trust with larger customers and close bigger deals.

The initial CRM integration and field mapping require someone familiar with co-sell workflows. But once it’s set up, the system basically runs on autopilot.

What do you like best about the product?
Labra made setting up our AWS and GCP marketplace listings incredibly straightforward, even with me operating as a team of one. Their team was personable, proactive, and highly knowledgeable, guiding me through every step of the process. The tools and workflow were intuitive, making what could have been a complex and time-consuming task feel easy and well-organized.

We’ve just launched our listings, so I can’t yet speak to the sales impact. I look forward to seeing more insights and results as we gain traction.

Initially, the struggle was getting opportunities entered into ACE. It was a taxing, manual process that was time-consuming and reduces team productivity. Labra solves this problem on day one with CRM integration and automated workflows. They help seamlessly manage co-sell and marketplace selling with channel partners on AWS.
