I primarily use the solution for AWS optimization.

Xops streamlined our multi-cloud security management by providing unified visibility across AWS and Azure environments. The automated compliance monitoring reduced our manual security audits by 60%, allowing our team to focus on strategic initiatives rather than repetitive checks.

The AWS cost optimization features have been game-changing - particularly the automated detection of idle EC2 instances and unattached EBS volumes that were silently draining our budget.

While Xops delivers on core functionality, the platform could benefit from more mature AI models for anomaly detection. We've seen false positives in cost spike alerts. 

The UI needs refinement for better drill-down capabilities into specific cost centers. 

For the next release, native support for GCP would make this a true multi-cloud solution, and adding automated remediation workflows beyond just detection would significantly reduce manual intervention.

I've used the solution for one year.

I did not previously use a different solution. 

In our case, the platform paid for itself within three months through identified cost optimizations alone.

Ask about volume discounts for larger environments and whether they offer consumption-based pricing. Be sure to factor in the reduced need for multiple security tools and the labor savings from automation when calculating total value.

Xops helped us mitigate the frequent external attacks that we have trying to curb for a long time now. More importantly, it helps with an easy-to-understand dashboard where I can monitor the services in use, optimizations, and ultimately the costs.

The most valuable aspects of the solution include the Cloud FinOps Dashboards and the vulnerability scans.
