What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Canva for over a decade now—before it became the go-to design tool it is today. Watching it evolve from a simple design platform to a powerhouse of branding, collaboration, and creative innovation has been inspiring, especially as someone who deeply values intuitive tools and visionary leadership.
What’s kept me loyal all these years?

What do you dislike about the product?
While I love Canva overall, there are a few features that can feel limiting at times. For instance, the file organization system—especially when juggling multiple brands or projects—can get a bit messy and hard to navigate. I also find that some of the advanced design tools still lack the precision and flexibility of more robust platforms like Adobe Illustrator, which can be frustrating for more detailed or custom design work. Occasionally, new features roll out before they feel fully polished, which can interrupt workflow. Still, these are minor trade-offs for the accessibility and innovation Canva continues to deliver.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is solving the problem of accessible, professional-quality design without the steep learning curve or high costs of traditional software. For someone like me—building a brand, creating content, pitching ideas, and designing across platforms—it eliminates the need to hire a designer for every little thing or spend hours learning complicated tools. Canva makes it easy to bring ideas to life quickly, stay visually consistent with brand kits, and collaborate with others in real time. It's a huge benefit in terms of time saved, creative control, and empowerment—especially for entrepreneurs, creators, and small teams who need to move fast and look polished doing it.

Rien ne me vient à l'esprit ; si je veux chipoter, je dirais plus de modèles, mais c'est vraiment être très pointilleux.

Ils m'empêchent d'avoir à payer un designer marketing pour chaque chose dont j'ai besoin pour mon entreprise.

Facilité d'utilisation, mon enfant de 7 ans fait des designs incroyables avec.

Il n'y a vraiment rien que je changerais, sauf le fait que lorsque vous essayez d'agrandir une image avec l'IA, elle crée des personnes inutiles avec des visages bizarres.

J'ai pu mettre en ligne mon site en moins d'une heure pendant que je résolvais un problème de piratage sur Wordpress. De plus, je suis capable de tester et valider des idées créatives avec mon équipe pour diffuser des publicités. En plus, ma fille peut s'amuser énormément dans son propre espace.
Fantastic Way to Create
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Canva has so many options to help you create whatever it is you are interested in making, from folder covers to slideshows. I absolutely love the variety of options in the images and templates to use. There are also ways to make whatever is already created your own; from customizing the colors in the item to deleting anything you don't need/want in your item. One of the best things is when you share it, it gives you options on how best to share it: you can save it as a picture for sharing, or save it in another format, which is best for printing (among others). One thing I loved about the text box option was that I could edit all of the fonts in the various text boxes at once, instead of having to click on each individual box to change the font.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve that can sometimes get frustrating. It does take some time to learn how to use the various ins and outs of the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to help me display new and exciting things in my school library, which helps increase circulation.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva offers a huge library of digital assets, many of them tend to look quite similar, which can be confusing or overwhelming for users. The platform is heavily packed with templates, and because most users rely on editing those same templates, the final content might feel less original or unique.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a data analytics developer, Canva helps me design client-facing reports in a way that’s visually clear and easy for non-technical users to understand. I use its built-in charts and data visualization elements to add a technical touch, without needing to embed complex report snapshots. It also gives me the flexibility to customize report sizes and formats for print, and makes it easy to share with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about Canva is it’s rich library of built in templates, it’s very useful and many extremely useful features that makes output look very professional

There are so many features it’s sometimes difficult to locate items we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For someone who doesn’t come from a graphic designing background or who didn’t paid for costly designing courses. Canva is a one stop solution, it has many features combine so we don’t need to look for different applications. Also Canva is empowered by AI which makes it more efficient.
