Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Each license gives one person access to the platform's premium creation and collaboration features. Licenses go to staff, faculty, and administrators. They can create documents, presentations, videos, whiteboards, and websites. Each named person uses one license. The bundle here provides 50 such licenses.
Licenses first cover the staff and administrators who hold them. Your institution can unlock access for the entire student body once you buy enough licenses to meet a threshold. That threshold depends on your full-time student count. Student access then comes at no extra charge.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva comes with many great premade templates that are easy to work with. Its AI system makes great suggestion on additions to make based on what you are workimg on. It is very user friendly and easy to integrate for onboarding members
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like it if Canva offered more variety in its templates, because some of them feel very similar to each other. The pricing could also be better, especially for large groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is solving presentation problems for me. It creates easy-to-use templates that are simple to work with and easy to integrate into my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Canva is how easy it is to create professional-looking designs without needing advanced graphic design skills. I use it regularly to design YouTube thumbnails, Pinterest Pins, presentations, and social media graphics. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, and the large collection of templates, icons, fonts, and stock assets helps me create high-quality visuals quickly. I also appreciate the AI-powered features like Magic Design, Background Remover, and Magic Resize, which save time and improve my workflow. Since Canva integrates well with other tools and supports team collaboration, it has become an essential part of my content creation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva is excellent overall, some advanced features are only available with the Pro subscription, which can be limiting for users on the free plan. I also notice that large or media-heavy designs can occasionally load slowly, especially with many elements. Although the template library is extensive, some popular designs are widely used, so creating truly unique content sometimes requires additional customization.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, Canva is a total lifesaver for non-designers. The variety of templates, fonts, and elements is unmatched, and the real-time collaboration features make working with teammates seamless. It streamlines our whole creative process.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva is great for quick designs, the main downside is that many of the best templates, elements, and stock photos are locked behind the Pro paywall. It can also feel restrictive if you need precise photo editing or vector manipulation, as it lacks the advanced control found in dedicated software like Adobe Creative Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps solve the challenge of maintaining brand consistency across a team. By utilizing Brand Kits and locked templates, anyone on our team can jump in and build on-brand assets without accidentally using the wrong fonts, colors, or logos. What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and I love the availabilty of so many images and templates. It's also great to have a printing option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium option price is a little steep but it is a good value, and the printing prices are very competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use templates that I've saved and update them to make posters, and social media posts. I've also been able to affordably print business posters and business cards using their services.
