Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Each license gives one person access to the platform's premium creation and collaboration features. Licenses go to staff, faculty, and administrators. They can create documents, presentations, videos, whiteboards, and websites. Each named person uses one license. The bundle here provides 50 such licenses.
Licenses first cover the staff and administrators who hold them. Your institution can unlock access for the entire student body once you buy enough licenses to meet a threshold. That threshold depends on your full-time student count. Student access then comes at no extra charge.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Canva is how easy it is to create professional looking designs without a steep learning curve. The interface is clean, templates are easy to customize, and there are plenty of built-in assets to work with. It is also quick to move from an idea to a finished design, which is useful when working on different types of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editor can feel a little limited when working on more complex or highly customized designs. A few advanced features also take some time to find, but for everyday design work the overall experience is smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps us create social media graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials quickly without needing to start every design from scratch. The templates and built-in tools save time, while the collaboration and sharing features make it easier to work with others. It has helped speed up the design process and reduced the effort needed for everyday creative work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the best templates, fonts, and elements are locked behind the Pro subscription. Also, the mobile app can sometimes feel a bit slow or laggy when handling heavy graphic projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me quickly create social media posts, banners, and presentations without needing complex design tools like Photoshop. It saves a lot of time and effort by providing ready-to-use templates.

What do you like best about the product?
Access to the design tools is straightforward, and the overall experience is easy to use. It’s simple to navigate and create professional-looking UI content, and the pricing feels fair with an onboarding process that’s easy to follow. That said, the AI could use a bit of an upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features aren’t set up for advanced use, and overall they didn’t feel very impressive. The stock images also weren’t impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It partially replaces a designer’s resources, especially when it comes to resizing. Uploading the brand book and using the brand guidelines also helps ensure everything follows the brand standards.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Canva for its tools, templates, stickers, and it saves a lot of time, which makes editing or logo designing take less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva should bring different types of music songs and instrumental songs so that there is no need to go to another application. I like Canva only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have Canva, you save a lot of time, editing is fast, you also save money, that is why I like Canva and the templates and stickers are also good due to which everything becomes perfect and impactful.
