    Dimensions summary

This listing is sold as a single contract dimension: a bundle of 50 Campus Licenses. You buy licenses in this fixed unit for staff and administrators. Licenses count toward an institution-wide threshold. Once your institution purchases enough licenses, based on its full-time student count, it can unlock access for the entire student body at no extra charge. Pricing scales with the number of license bundles you purchase, not with usage. There are no separate tiers or add-ons here; you scale by adding more of this same unit.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Each license gives one person access to the platform's premium creation and collaboration features. Licenses go to staff, faculty, and administrators. They can create documents, presentations, videos, whiteboards, and websites. Each named person uses one license. The bundle here provides 50 such licenses.
Licenses first cover the staff and administrators who hold them. Your institution can unlock access for the entire student body once you buy enough licenses to meet a threshold. That threshold depends on your full-time student count. Student access then comes at no extra charge.
You scale by purchasing more of this same 50-license bundle. There are no separate tiers or add-ons. Cost grows with the number of bundles you buy, not with how much you use them. Added licenses also count toward the threshold that unlocks student-body access.

    Effortless Branding with Incredible Support

    Reviewed on Aug 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I find Canva extremely easy to use, and it's a platform that people genuinely enjoy using. It's friendly and fun, even for those without design expertise. It allows us to maintain brand consistency while giving our offices the flexibility to create various artworks like digital presentations and reports. The support team is incredible, responsive, proactive, and wants us to succeed from planning to execution. Setting up Canva was really easy, aided by a great support team that ensured everything was ready when we went live.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an area I would like to see improve and it is that Canva's print capabilities still need development, particularly integrations with organisations with preferred printing suppliers and also the limitations that the system has for print artworks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva decentralizes our brand design support, giving offices autonomy and flexibility in creating artwork. It fast-tracks creative delivery without needing design expertise. The platform is user-friendly and ensures outputs align with our brand.

Canva Makes Designing Fast and Effortless

    Reviewed on Aug 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Canva is how easy it makes designing, even if you don’t have any design background. The drag-and-drop interface is very smooth, and you can create social media posts, presentations, or thumbnails in minutes using ready-made templates.
It saves me a lot of time because I don’t need to start from scratch or use heavy design software. The performance is also reliable, and everything loads quickly without lag. I also like the built-in AI tools like background remover and text-to-image, which make editing even faster.
In terms of value, even the free version is quite powerful, and the paid plan feels worth it if you use it regularly. Getting started is simple, so onboarding is not an issue at all.
Overall, it’s a very practical tool that fits easily into my workflow and helps me create good-quality designs without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like about Canva is that some features feel limited unless you upgrade to the paid version. A lot of good templates, elements, and even some fonts are locked behind the Pro plan, which can be a bit frustrating if you’re using it regularly.
The UI is generally simple, but sometimes it can feel a bit crowded when you’re working on bigger projects with lots of elements. Also, performance can slow down slightly when designs get heavy or when you have multiple pages open.
Another thing is that while the AI tools are helpful, they are not always very precise, so you still need to manually adjust things. Integrations are there, but they’re not always smooth enough to fully replace other design tools in a workflow.
Overall, it’s a great tool, but it could improve by making more features available in the free plan and optimizing performance for larger designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Canva, creating designs used to take a lot of time and required more complex tools. Things like social media posts, presentations, or thumbnails needed either design skills or switching between multiple apps.
With Canva, this has become much easier and faster. Now I can quickly create good-looking designs using templates and drag-and-drop, which saves a lot of time in my daily work. Tasks that used to take an hour can now be done in 10–15 minutes.
It also helps reduce the need for expensive design software, so there’s some cost benefit as well. The built-in AI tools and ready-made elements make the process smoother, and I don’t have to depend on designers for small tasks.
Overall, it improves productivity, saves time, and makes design accessible even for non-designers.
