Pricing

These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Licenses count toward an institution-wide threshold. Once your institution purchases enough licenses, based on its full-time student count, it can unlock access for the entire student body at no extra charge. Pricing scales with the number of license bundles you purchase, not with usage. There are no separate tiers or add-ons here; you scale by adding more of this same unit.

Each license gives one person access to the platform's premium creation and collaboration features. Licenses go to staff, faculty, and administrators. They can create documents, presentations, videos, whiteboards, and websites. Each named person uses one license. The bundle here provides 50 such licenses.
Licenses first cover the staff and administrators who hold them. Your institution can unlock access for the entire student body once you buy enough licenses to meet a threshold. That threshold depends on your full-time student count. Student access then comes at no extra charge.
You scale by purchasing more of this same 50-license bundle. There are no separate tiers or add-ons. Cost grows with the number of bundles you buy, not with how much you use them. Added licenses also count toward the threshold that unlocks student-body access.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva helps to reduce my budget, it act as my employee which is there for me to help for my basic graphic needs, i use it daily for background removal, it works very very good for that, most of the time i have jpeg or jpg image , which i need to convert to png and huge task is to remove background, Canva saves my time, what ever dimension i need for pic for my website, canva has CUSTOM SIZE which makes any size and i can do the required task. Huge template library is blessing for everyone, just search type of poster you need and select one and start editing. Almost every size is available, huge number of elements makes my google surfing time less, otherwise i have to search the required pics or logo on google, in canva it makes task easy in keeping it under elements, before writing this review i made an Raksha Bandhan Flyer for one of my site, its smooth neat and clean. Huge storage keeps my projects save and inside projects i can create sub folder and keep related posters inside it, it helps a lot to save time. Even upload folder has no storage limit, upload n-number of raw data required. Huge collection of Video Templates also helps,,when i use canva i feel like i m a graphic designer too since its easy to use and there is full freedom, i have pro plan
What do you dislike about the product?
App mode in windows lags very much, its not proper app, it simply loads web view and calls it app and available on Microsoft Store. It lags a lot, when i use video editing, its very slow if video is long.
Web View can be slow but if user is using a good configuration PC, atlease app should work smooth, it lags a lot, My Laptop Has i7 8th Gen and SSD with 16GB ram, but it lags a lot.
Even it do not have all fonts, Fonts like Stencil and many more are missing, atleast it should give option to import .ttf file for fonts not available, its missing this feature, there are many other issues.
One of the big issue i faced is it was it does not support larger dimensions, it limits to Small printables, if i want to make a 1-1 feet poster, it says size not supported, atleast some larger sizes should be available. Even Convert to vector options doesn't works very well, it doesn't work properly.

Solving a task which takes hours, canva makes it in minutes, Usually if any one wants to design something, there should be a basic design in his/her mind, but huge library gives lot of options. Best benefit is it saves money, rather than hiring one person for making basic posters, canva gives me readymade posters,,,very easy to use, no past experience required. Dreamlab helps me to describe what type of pic i want to generate,, AI features also works very well in Canva, Good support and easy to integrate with some websites like pintrest. It also helps to maintain uniformity, for example we can create a header and footer for a brand, we can design any type of poster and use readymade header and footer, it saves my time

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple Canva is to use, especially with the templates that make it so fast to create Instagram posts, PPTs, event posters, and resumes. I like that I can change the templates to fit my style and that I don't need design skills to make things look great. It's amazing how quickly I can turn an idea into something presentable. Canva works for different tasks, whether I'm making an Instagram post, preparing a PPT, updating my resume, or creating a poster for college events. The ease of testing layouts and making changes without needing advanced design skills is a huge benefit. The initial setup was very easy, allowing me to start designing immediately without any guidance. Canva fits well with other tools like PowerPoint and Google Docs, focusing on the visual part and complementing the writing and editing phase.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I sometimes struggle with is finding the balance between having too many choices and having the exact option I need. There are plenty of templates and elements, so I can end up spending more time browsing than actually editing. I would also like to see filtering and more control over search results, especially when I'm looking for a very specific style. I would like the search to have an understanding of the type of design I'm looking for, showing relevant templates based on style, layout, or purpose instead of a very broad mix. Filters for things like minimal, professional, modern, or creative styles would make it easier to find a starting point without scrolling through so many options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for Instagram posts, PPTs, resumes, and designs. It saves me time with easy templates that make professional-looking designs without needing design skills, allowing quick updates and creativity across projects.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Canva is how easy and natural the whole experience feels. The UI/UX is clean, simple, and doesn’t take much time to figure out, even when I’m creating something for the first time. I also like the integrations because they make it easy to bring content from other tools into one place. Performance is generally smooth, even with larger designs. From a pricing and ROI point of view, Canva offers a lot of value for the features included. The support and onboarding are straightforward, and the AI tools are especially useful for speeding up ideas, editing, and everyday design work.
