Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing is sold as a single contract dimension: a bundle of 50 Campus Licenses. You buy licenses in this fixed unit for staff and administrators. Licenses count toward an institution-wide threshold. Once your institution purchases enough licenses, based on its full-time student count, it can unlock access for the entire student body at no extra charge. Pricing scales with the number of license bundles you purchase, not with usage. There are no separate tiers or add-ons here; you scale by adding more of this same unit.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one Campus License cover, and who can use it?
Each license gives one person access to the platform's premium creation and collaboration features. Licenses go to staff, faculty, and administrators. They can create documents, presentations, videos, whiteboards, and websites. Each named person uses one license. The bundle here provides 50 such licenses.
Does buying licenses give my whole student body access, or only the staff who hold them?
Licenses first cover the staff and administrators who hold them. Your institution can unlock access for the entire student body once you buy enough licenses to meet a threshold. That threshold depends on your full-time student count. Student access then comes at no extra charge.
How do I scale up if I need more than 50 licenses?
You scale by purchasing more of this same 50-license bundle. There are no separate tiers or add-ons. Cost grows with the number of bundles you buy, not with how much you use them. Added licenses also count toward the threshold that unlocks student-body access.

What do you dislike about the product?
free tier is basically a teaser. most AI features are locked behind pro and even then you hit caps. also it keeps inserting premium assets into my designs and i have to manually replace them which

Design made simple, even for non-designers

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is incredibly easy to use, even without any real design background. It's great for both personal and professional use, and the range of features makes it feel like you're working with a much more advanced design tool than you actually are, it genuinely makes you feel like a pro. It's also helped divide work better, since tasks that would otherwise need a dedicated designer can now be handled quickly and confidently on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few small things that could be better: you can't export designs as fully layered, editable files (like PSD or AI), which makes it tricky if a project ever needs to move to a professional designer. Since Canva is so widely used, some of the free templates are quite recognizable, so it can take extra effort to make something feel truly unique. The mobile app can also feel a bit cramped for more detailed editing compared to desktop. None of these are dealbreakers, just minor limitations compared to more advanced design software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role in customer success and support, Canva makes it easy to quickly put together visuals, whether it's for internal documentation, help center content, or client-facing materials, without needing design help or waiting on a separate team. It's also been useful in the past for marketing work, where I used it to create graphics and content for campaigns and social posts without needing advanced design skills. Overall, it saves time, keeps things looking professional, and lets me handle visual tasks independently across different parts of my work.

Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is very easy to use and beginner friendly. I like the drag and drop feature which helps me create designs quickly. There are many templates, fonts and images available. It saves a lot of time and I can make professional designs without any experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Canva can be slow when working on large designs. Also, many good templates and elements are only available in the paid version. It would be better if more features were free for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me solve the problem of creating designs without needing advanced skills. I can quickly make social media posts, thumbnails, and posters. It saves my time and effort, and I can create professional looking designs easily which helps me in my work.

Canva Makes Brand-Consistent Designs Easy Across Platforms
Reviewed on Aug 06, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Canva is that it makes it easy to keep different designs looking consistent without rebuilding everything from scratch. I mostly use Brand Kit, Magic Resize, Templates, Background Remover, and Content Planner because they help me adapt the same design for different platforms while keeping the overall style consistent. Instead of creating multiple versions manually, I can focus more on refining the design itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a design contains a lot of layers, selecting the exact element I want sometimes takes a few extra clicks. It's a small thing, but during longer editing sessions I find myself locking and unlocking layers more often than I'd li
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, creating graphics for different platforms meant resizing layouts and adjusting design elements one by one. That became repetitive whenever the same content was needed in multiple formats. With Canva, I can reuse existing designs, adapt them quickly, and keep everything visually consistent. As a result, I spend less time repeating the same editing work and more time improving the final design.
