Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Once your institution purchases enough licenses, based on its full-time student count, it can unlock access for the entire student body at no extra charge. Each license gives one person access to the platform's premium creation and collaboration features. Licenses go to staff, faculty, and administrators. They can create documents, presentations, videos, whiteboards, and websites. Each named person uses one license. The bundle here provides 50 such licenses.
Licenses first cover the staff and administrators who hold them. Your institution can unlock access for the entire student body once you buy enough licenses to meet a threshold. That threshold depends on your full-time student count. Student access then comes at no extra charge.
You scale by purchasing more of this same 50-license bundle. There are no separate tiers or add-ons. Cost grows with the number of bundles you buy, not with how much you use them. Added licenses also count toward the threshold that unlocks student-body access.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Canva quick and easy to use, which solves my difficulty with designing and makes creating cards, websites, and flyers a breeze. I like the resources and sources available as they have exactly what I need. The AI tool is particularly valuable because it efficiently pulls up the templates I need fast. The initial setup was quick and simple, which was great. Overall, Canva is quite useful for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the premium aspect of Canva could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves my difficulty with designing by being quick and easy to use. It provides the exact resources I need, and the AI features help pull up templates fast.

I don't like that on the browser, it opens a new window for every project.

It’s the templates they offer, along with the editing features they provide.

Some templates feel expensive, especially for someone just starting out in marketing or for small business owners who are trying to create in-house posters.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m not a designer, but with Canva I feel like I can design almost anything. It helps me tap into my creativity and bring out ideas I didn’t even know I had. My favorite feature is resize, because It save me a lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually, when they roll out updates, it takes a little time before everything works properly. This happened when they introduced the new video editing feature: it was very slow, and the page kept crashing all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small company with a limited budget, so we can’t invest in a marketing agency at the moment. I also don’t think we need one right now, because we can create the same kind of professional designs in Canva.
