Good program but low quality
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are a lot of quick options for various graphic design templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I need to use the program for is to make flyers, but every time I print them, it's low quality. I would like to be able to use the system more, but I can't print low quality things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I'm not a graphic designer, it takes me a really long time to design something from scratch, so it's nice to go to a place to get templates and create things faster when I need it.
Canva makes design simple
What do you like best about the product?
Canva already has predetermined sizes for social media flyers, cover photos and other general projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a monthly subscription to gain access to the paid images Canva offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get simple design projects done very quickly without having to use multiple design programs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Canva is a great way to get started to those who may not have the budget to hire a designer. Canvas offers a wide range of fonts and photos with predetermined layouts to help you get started quickly. You can save the files on Canva.com or save them to your computer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates and the easy of creating projects. So many creative options and tool to use. Everything looks professional!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I have to pay for certain features, however I do understand why that is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to crate designs quickly for upcoming events, and project announcements. The benefit of Canva is that I now longer am bogged down by finding designers, waiting for quotes, looking over drafts and going back and forth on edits to delay delivery. I manage everything

Incredible product. Use it! Just start and you'll be amazed at the professional looking designs you can achieve on your own!
Great, Simple Designing Product
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of free photos to choose from, and even more paid. There are also completed graphics that can be used for inspiration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the photos are a little over-priced. I would be using multiple per day if they weren't $1/apiece. Maybe providing a discount when purchasing a lot would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it easier for me to create graphics for blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing materials.

The product is worth using simply for the inspiration that comes from the designs available.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva allows you to make creative posts, documents, cards and marketing materials. It providdes different backgrounds fonts and even shapes to include into your project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is ni option to filter free images and themes from paid ones. You would nee to scroll through all of the images.

Canva is a quic way to create images with wonderful fonts and designs. Plus a paid account could transform an image into different sizes to fit your need.

What do you like best about the product?
Is "everything" an appropriate answer? We use Canva for a wide variety of purposes, primarily creating social media promotional material for our clients. The built-in templates are amazing, so easy to edit and re-arrange, and incredibly easy to use. I feel like a user could only get better at Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the stuff that counts as "premium" material -- aka, stuff you have to pay for -- I feel should be free. Like an eyedropper tool. It takes an extra 20 seconds to drop the image into PS to use an eyedropper, but it would be a lot easier if I had access to that tool in Canva. But, I understand Canva needs to make money. And they already provide so much for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media material! We have to churn out tons -- I alone make about 50 social media images a month, at a minimum - and it's amazingly easy to mass produce promotional material with Canva.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it now. Do it yesterday. Play around with it a long time, and don't be afraid to get crazy with their templates. They have a great design team.
Create awesome graphics with minimal effort!
What do you like best about the product?
Canva has a multitude of modern design elements to create graphics for social media and beyond! It's incredibly intuitive, and you can have a really snazzy end product without spending a lot, if any money. I am especially impressed with the font selection, and that I can incorporate my own photos with their interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have run into the occasional neat graphic I'd like to use but don't want to spend money on...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've actually been using it to create graphics for social media posts for an upcoming mission trip to Cambodia-- I've made graphics to help promote fundraisers as well as supply donation lists that people can download to their phones-- so whenever they're out and about and see items on the list, they can pick them up! In my job, I've used it to create some custom logos for some of our online discussions and our clients have been very pleased!

This is an incredibly dynamic and versatile tool. The options are really endless, and even if you don't have much graphic design experience, Canva makes it easy to test the waters.
DIY Professional Graphic Arts Results
What do you like best about the product?
This software allows me to quickly make professional looking photos, invites, event announcements, etc. There are so many stock photos, font options, and layouts available for free. There are additional options for stock photos that are very affordable starting at $1
You can also make custom layouts based on the social media size requirements.
The free tutorials are excellent to learn about the possibilities with the software.
I also like that the templates are sized correctly according to the social media platform. For example the sizing is correct for twitter and/or FB cover photos.

There is not much to dislike about this software. However there is a lot to learn. I recommend the free course that comes with the software to learn about all of its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use canva to break up my text heavy posts by adding an image. Its true "a picture is worth a thousand words". I use Canva to draw on the emotional response of my customers and groups. The images that I create draw much more engagement than a blog post that I spend days writing. I can create an impactful image in less than 30 minutes.

Great tool for novice users
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Canva is super easy to navigate even for novice users. I do not have any graphic design background or training but I am able to jump on Canva and produce beautiful, high quality work without having to go through extensive training on the tool and its best practices. Their templates give me a great base and the ability to easily navigate Canva without experience makes the tool essential to my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could drag and drop images from my desktop rather than having to upload and save them to canva - it is a small complaint but sometimes does prove to be more of a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Canva for most of our deign needs. We use it to make email and blog headers, to design content to go out to our clients, and to design beautiful slides for webinar presentations. We've found that is is easier to keep a consistent brand if our whole team operates using a single tool (Canva). History of previous content is saved so even new users are able to review and produce similar looking products.
Great project tool
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are modern, versatile, and colorful. I have been able to find proper templates and adjust them to my preferences for all projects that I have created with Canva(both personal and professional projects) . In addition, there are plenty of free templates and objects to use. Having a cloud space to save all of the materials created is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversion and download of files sometimes fails. The autosave feature is both good and bad--having more control over what progress is being saved is sometimes helpful and eliminates mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created both flyers for academic and event purposes, as well as thank you cards, invitations, and brochures for personal use . There is something for everything and everyone.
