Great for Team Creativity, but Limited Customization Options
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very accessible way to boost creative within teams that might not have as much experience with photoshop or illustrator. If you need to add text over an image, create a stylized presentation, or improve the look of IG stories and social ads, Canva is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to know what you're looking for and what you're using. There are graphics and shapes that you cannot manipulate the dimensions or colors and this can become a time sink. Same goes for image frames or mockups. There are clear limitations and I think it's important for any organization to have a design system or guidelines for when and what they use the platform for.

Great Tool for Resumes, Projects, and Posts
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is really easy to use, even if you're not a designer. I use it to make my resumes, and they come out looking clean and professional. There are tons of templates, images, and tools that make it simple to create all kinds of designs—like resumes, posters, and social media posts. The drag-and-drop feature makes things quick and easy. It was super easy to get started. I didn’t need any training or help. Just sign up and start designing. I haven’t used customer support much, but there’s a help center with lots of answers and tutorials. It’s good for beginners. I use canva whenver I need to edit my resume.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I don’t like that some of the best pictures and templates are only for people who pay for the Pro version. It can also be hard to move things exactly where you want them. And if your internet is slow, Canva can take a while to load. I’ve used Canva with Google Drive and downloading files is a little messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me create professional-looking designs without needing graphic design skills. Before, it was hard for me to make a good-looking resume, but now I can choose a nice template, change the text, and it’s ready to go. It saves me time and helps my resume stand out.

Overall, there's not much to mention except that the price of the pro plan feels a bit high.

Canva really simplifies things for editors and creators like me. I’ve designed many of my logos using this platform. When I’m working on new posts, I find it very convenient to reuse my old templates, since navigating through my previous files and posts is so straightforward.
Effortless Design with Canva, but Some Limitations for Advanced Users
What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes designing effortless for everyone, even without a design background. The best part is its drag-and-drop interface, ready-made templates, and AI-powered design tools like Magic Write and Magic Resize. It’s perfect for quickly creating social media graphics, presentations, posters, and marketing materials. The team collaboration features and brand kit options also help maintain consistency across all designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced customization options are limited compared to professional tools like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. The mobile app can feel slightly clunky for detailed edits, and export quality occasionally varies between file formats. Also, premium templates and assets are locked behind the Pro plan, which might feel restrictive for free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of slow, resource-heavy design workflows. It helps our team create high-quality visuals quickly without relying on a dedicated designer. From marketing materials to presentations, it saves hours of work and ensures brand consistency. The easy collaboration and cloud-based access make it ideal for distributed teams, boosting productivity and creativity across the board.
