What do you like best about the product?
I love using Canva because it has significantly simplified my tasks with its easy-to-use interface and the availability of templates, which allow me to put minimal effort into design projects. The accessibility of Canva on any device, including my phone, means I can quickly create and publish high-quality designs for my company and personal projects, solving my time management challenges. I appreciate the time-saving features it offers, particularly for someone like me who needs to deliver quality designs but operates with a small team. The ability to use Canva across web browsers and mobile apps is incredibly convenient. I find its drag-and-drop video feature, extensive template library, brand kit, and stock content highly useful, along with its collaboration tools that are essential for teamwork. Canva’s powerful AI features, like the Magic Studio and AI co-editor, enhance my experience, making graphic design accessible to all and helping me maintain focus on what really matters. The options to export in various formats add to its utility. Additionally, the ease of setup, simply requiring a login, is commendable, and the premium features like background removal tools are worthwhile investments. Canva’s innovative features and updates keep it as my go-to tool for graphic design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of offline functionality in Canva to be a limitation. It requires internet connectivity, which means I can't work on designs without internet access. Additionally, when working with complex designs or high-resolution media, especially in a web browser on less powerful machines, Canva can sometimes lag. It's not a constant problem, but it does happen occasionally. I would appreciate more performance optimization for large projects.

Canva saves me time with quick banner creation across devices. It provides professional designs quickly, essential for my small team, enhancing focus on core tasks.

There are so many ready-made templates available, which is really impressive. The drag-and-drop interface, along with the intuitive tools and ready-to-use templates, makes it easy to create professional-quality graphics, presentations, and social media posts. Its ease of use, versatility, and ability to produce professional results make it ideal for individuals, marketers, and teams alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced design features found in professional software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop are not present, which can make it difficult to handle complex or highly customized projects. The free version also imposes limitations on templates, stock images, and download options, so a Pro subscription is necessary to access the full range of features. Furthermore, the available file export options may be restricted in terms of resolution or format flexibility at times.

Canva addresses the challenge of producing professional-looking designs quickly and effortlessly, even for those without advanced graphic design skills. With its templates, drag-and-drop features, and a vast selection of fonts, images, and icons, I am able to rapidly create high-quality visuals. This has significantly streamlined our content creation process.

however good it is, it cant replace professional tools like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop or lightroom

Best Office Tool : Canva
What do you like best about the product?
There are many features in the Canva that are very good for the making Audit Reports for the Audit of the Client. It is very useful in daily office use for preparing the Report and and PPT for the meeting with the clients. Canva is also very useful for making the ppt for firm profile and also for giving quotations to the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva is very good but some features in canva is hard to use which needs to be fixed. Also some new animations are needed in canva for PPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is very easy to use and it helps to make Audit Reports faster than MS Power Point as Canva makes the editing in the report very easy and fast that helps us to meet the deadline easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of available templates, forms and ideas to be able to face the blank page problem. UX is user-friendly. Use it bimonthly whenever I need to prepare a one-pager, poster or doc

A lot of the forms used are available only to pro users, thus limiting accessibility and making you sometimes switch to PPT, which is in some senses worse but also complete in terms of functionalities

Create posters, displays, one-pagers for the copmany anf for my personal use. More useful to use Canva than PPT given the fresh ideas received and the bespoke forms already available

It is so easy to use, it has a lot of elements that you can include in your designs and have many awesome features and tools that helps you edit your images and design, even AI integrated that helps you create your content
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a cheaper price and more free elements. Maybe a limited amount of "free uses" of the premium elements per month.

I use it to design all my personal home bakery content for social media, my logo, all my flyers, anything i need to represent my brand
