What do you like best about the product?
I would be very likely to recommend Canva to a friend or colleague because of its Ease of Use and Ease of Implementation, which make designing quick and simple even for beginners. The Customer Support is responsive and helpful, ensuring smooth problem resolution. Due to the Frequency of Use, it has become an essential tool in my daily workflow. Canva also offers a wide Number of Features that cater to both basic and advanced design needs, and its Ease of Integration with other tools makes collaboration and sharing effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are only available in the Pro version, and the app can be slow when working on large designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has really changed the way I approach design work. Earlier, creating even a simple visual meant depending on designers or spending hours learning complex tools. Canva solves that by making design super easy and accessible — everything I need is in one place, from templates to AI tools.
It helps me save a lot of time and still produce clean, professional-looking designs — whether it’s for presentations, social posts, or reports. I also love how collaborative it is; my team and I can work together, edit, and finalize designs instantly without endless back-and-forths.
Overall, Canva makes the whole design process smoother, faster, and actually fun. It lets me focus on ideas and storytelling rather than struggling with technical design work.

I have been using Canva for 2-3 years, and I find it incredibly valuable for designing social media content, marketing materials, and quick mockups for both personal and business projects. Canva helps me create designs quickly without needing graphic design skills, saving me time and making content creation much easier. I once needed a social media graphic quickly and didn't have time to design it from scratch, and Canva's templates allowed me to create a clean post in just a few minutes, saving my time. The drag-and-drop editor and the ready-made templates are features I use the most as they make it easy to create designs quickly without starting from a blank canvas. I especially find the social media posts and stories templates beneficial in my creative projects. Canva truly stands out in providing ease of use and efficiency, notably in its brand kit feature and the ability to see a wide variety of ready-to-use templates for different purposes. Thanks to Canva, I can produce clean visuals swiftly, which is why I would buy it again.

I felt a bit confused initially because I wasn’t familiar with design tools. I would like to see more advanced editing options available in Canva.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is very useful for editing and making the reports for daily office work. It has very useful and easy to use features that helps to make the audit reports for the clients easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva need to add more designs and templates for PPT slides and make available more features for free to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is very helpful in my daily office work for making the PPT audit report for the audit of the clients. It also helps in making good visual representational report for office meeting in very less time and easily as compared to other softwares like MS Power Point or Google Sheets. It helps to do work faster and easier.

Cloud-based—slow or no internet affects usability and Large/complex designs can lag or crash, which sometimes can really affect your delivery time.

Canva has made designing so much easier for me. I no longer struggle with complicated software or spend hours trying to create something from scratch. The ready-made templates save me a lot of stress, and I love that I can customize everything to match my brand. Canva is the most authentic and versatile editing platform that can manage all types of photo, video, audio and graphic files together. This platform can handle high definition elements without dropping their size or qualities. Canva is equipped with multiple designing features that help us in completing each and every designing requirement related to our business.

Canva is really efficient and resourceful software. I didn't find anything that is not useful about this tool. But their might be some user guide available in the dashboard of canva for new users as they are lots of features available and new users will need a brief session or a user manual for initial setup of this software, rest everything is fine with this tool according to my experience

Limitations of free version is acceptable but restrictions on exporting quality is something one doesn't want.

It is quite hard for me to design professional presentations in a short span of time, with all formatting using powerpoint or any similiar software.

Canva has a lot of glitches and bugs while editing and designing any project. Canva has a lot of features and theme plates which is only for the subscription user . Which is the most dislike for me .

Canva is resolving problems likes fixing glitches, access of more filters , theme plates and posters ,etc . Canva is improving it's productivity while working on any project through improving it's interface of there app and websites.
