The ease of use, the features available, the free seminars in person and online, it has honestly changed the game for marketers

Sometimes can be really glitchy when editing videos which is infuriating having to constantly refresh the page

Its a quick fix for simple design tasks, we were without a designer for a few weeks and having access to canva really helped. Its easy to create branded templates to ensure consistency across content, its the best tool thats come around for years

I think Canva works remarkably well and professionally, my experience has been positive and very professional, and I can recommend using all of its creative features.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the voice mixing feature while working with Instagram reels on Canva. It has recently become problematic, as it no longer performs as well as it used to.

I love how simple Canva is to use, particularly appreciating its drag-and-drop feature which simplifies the process of design immensely. Importing images and effects is straightforward, and exporting images is hassle-free, making the whole experience smooth and efficient. Even without strong tech skills or a design background, I find Canva incredibly accessible and user-friendly. The initial setup was super easy, reinforcing its appeal for users like myself who are not professional designers. Transitioning from Photoshop, which felt more suited for pros, Canva fulfills our needs perfectly and offers exactly the level of simplicity and functionality I was looking for. I am so satisfied with Canva that I would rate it a perfect 10 on the recommendation scale.

I find the subscription cost to be a bit high and feel that more affordable plans or smaller monthly packages would be beneficial. Additionally, it feels like very few free features are available because most important tools are restricted behind a subscription. It would be more helpful if some premium elements or advanced editing tools were made available for free occasionally to enhance the utility of the free version.

It’s very easy to use and and templates helps a lot if i get a creative block.
What do you dislike about the product?
That without buying canva subscription I can not remove background of image or videos and if I remove it from a third party site and I paste it in canva the quality of the image or video gets low (bad quality)

I dislike that sometimes 😒 the free elements are limited.🥲 Advanced features like AI magic studio editing, AI image generation and some premium templates requires a pro plan. The mobile app can be updated more frequently lag a lot when working on large and complex designs.
There are also some limitations around Advanced typography, animation precision and detailed brand elements so compared with enterprise grade design solutions can be some poor 🥲
