canva is really easy to use, for graphic design easy for non-designer
What do you like best about the product?
canva is really easy to use, for graphic design easy for non-designer. its interface is simple and intuitive, and anyone with the most basic of computer skills should not face much of a learning curve from canva at all. it is great value of money and flexible. it is easy use in mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
some minor issues have to be faced like the output formats are limited

Canva should expand its range of available formats, as the current selection feels too limited.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva has become one of the most essential tools in my PR toolkit. In an industry where speed, design quality, and clarity of communication matter, Canva allows me to produce polished, professional materials quickly—without needing a dedicated designer on every project.
I use Canva daily to build deck recaps, media and influencer invites, marketing materials, and event collateral. What makes it so valuable is how easy it is to create beautifully designed assets in minutes. The templates are modern and on-brand, and the drag-and-drop interface lets me customize everything—from fonts and colors to layouts—without ever opening a complex design program.
Collaboration is another big win. Being able to share designs with my team or clients for quick edits and approvals saves a ton of time during fast-moving campaigns. Whether it’s a launch day recap, a pitch presentation, or a last-minute event invite, Canva gives me the flexibility to turn ideas into visuals on the spot.

If there’s one area for improvement, it’s finer design control—some advanced adjustments can feel limited compared to pro design software. But the speed and ease it brings to everyday PR work far outweigh that.

When working across multiple brands, it’s easy for assets to feel disjointed. Canva’s brand kits keep fonts, colors, and logos organized in one place. I can turn also around polished deliverables in minutes, not days, which keeps campaigns moving at the speed of media. Deck recaps, media invites, social assets, and one-pagers often require different sizes and formats. Canva makes resizing and repurposing assets effortless.
Canva: Best Software for Editing and creating Documents
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is very good in editing the documents file weather it is a picture, pdf or word file. Canva is also very helpful in making creative and beautiful PPTs for the office meetings. Its really very helpful in daily office use.

The thing i dislike about canva is that mostly features of canva are paid. They should make it more accessible for other users also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is very helpful in Photo editing as it provide various features than any other software. It also provide many slides design and animations to use in PPT for office meetings.

Canva Ui is too easy.
It is easy to implement and use it once you are start using it you will definitely loved to use it frequently.
It has large number of features as Image processing, AI also in their app and many much features like it provides like PPT making, image and video editing and much more features.
It is easy to integrate the design made in canva with your team and i have used it last one year and there is no issue occured so i can get customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all my assets are stored in one location and easily accessible to use. Canva is great to use for a non- designer that has creative ideas. Canva helps me put what's in my head to surface. I also love the templates that help when you are stuck and at a loss as to where to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the AI function when asking to create things that have to do with farming. The images look fake.

Canva keeps me organized and helps me when I need some inspiration or a good idea.

The templates, fonts, and elements are super creative and easy to customize. It’s my go-to tool for quick, professional designs!

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike about Canva, but sometimes it lags a bit when I’m working on heavy or detailed designs. Also, a few premium elements are locked behind the Pro plan, which can be limiting at times. Apart from that, it’s an amazing tool that just keeps getting better with updates!

Canva has solved the biggest problem for me saving time and effort in designing. Earlier, I had to use complex software for every small creative, but now I can create stunning designs in minutes without needing advanced skills. It helps me maintain a consistent brand look for GraphEraaa, create content faster for clients, and collaborate easily with my team. Overall, it makes my work more efficient, professional, and visually appealing.
Canva- Making my Productivity Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Canva and use it every single day. It makes my productivity so much more efficient. The user interface is SUPER easy to navigate, and I've been able to easily integrate it into almost everything I do. The robust number of features within the platform allow me to find graphics, audio, and video for anything I need. Canva has been easy to share resources with people within my organization as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found to Canva is that it does not easily integrate with Google. I wish I could "save" Canva files into Google folders to make it easier to find resources from both Canva and Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva allows me to create content for a variety of platforms (presentation, social media, websites, brand displays, etc.) so that they all look professional, polished, and creative. I save SO MUCH TIME using Canva. I can't say enough good things about it.

I think it could be better if Canva had integration with Instagram for scheduling posts. I'm not sure if that's currently possible.
