Great features for the company!!
What do you like best about the product?
Hands down the “brand-in-a-box” setup—our colors, fonts, logos, even the snarky little tagline are all locked in, so everyone from the intern to the CEO can crank out slick, on-brand graphics without pinging the design lead every five minutes. Feels like we leveled up to a full-blown creative agency overnight.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit like driving a sports car with a speed-limiter—you see all these fancy motion graphics and extra integrations teased in the menus, but half of them hide behind yet another upsell or admin permission. Plus, the asset library’s so huge that hunting for the one perfect template can turn into a scroll-fest rabbit hole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It squashes our two biggest headaches—brand chaos and the design bottleneck. Before, every deck or social post looked like it came from a different universe, and the lone designer was drowning in “just a quick edit” requests. Now, Canva Enterprise locks our brand rules into fool-proof templates and lets the whole team hop in, tweak copy, and export in a snap. Result? Consistent visuals everywhere, turnaround times measured in minutes instead of days, and our designer finally gets to work on the juicy, high-impact stuff instead of policing font sizes.

The ease of use and the variety of alternatives that it offers. Also the innovation.

Most of the templates look the same one related to the other and many features are with the non-free version.

Canva - My Go-to Designing App
What do you like best about the product?
The most loved part of Canva for me is the wide range of templates it provides which helps me fasten up my work and concentrate on the content I have to prepare for my trainings. I have been using it for almost 2 years. Also it is very easy to navigate and create appealing design in just few minutes as it just doesn't have readymade templates but you can enhance the templates with many predefined elements matching the design of template. In addition to this it also provides option to upload images, audios, etc. to match the requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am just so much impressed by Canva and thus there are no specific points I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since when I was conferred with extra responsibility as trainer in my company I had to create knowledge series with a comic twist to make it engaging so that everyone not only read and forget but remember and learn. This is the time when Canva came to my rescue like nothing else could have, it helped me create snippets in short time about different system enhancements that are taking place every months through pre defined education templates. With large variety and styles available I just had to create a content and not worry about any design and style due to large number of choices available.
Canva made my designing graphics, presentations, and social media content simple and accessible.

The drag-and-drop feature, built-in content library with images and fonts, and real-time collaboration tools make it perfect for both individual and team projects. Its versatility across devices is a huge too.

Some premium features and assets are locked behind a paywall, and occasionally, the editor can lag with larger projects or on slower devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of needing expensive design software or hiring professional designers for every visual need. It allows me to create marketing materials, social media posts, presentations, and branded content quickly and affordably. Canva saves time, reduces design costs, and helps maintain time table.

There are many premium graphical items that are watermarked with canva and it It has few graphical items that are free.

It solves many of the web designing and development in the graphical designing areas by providing the best tools and systems in place.

What do you dislike about the product?
