There's so many different things you can do that it's confusing and overwhelming to start sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ready-to-use template for all types of documents and the best editable user interface that enable the creation of essential designs in minimal time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about adding an advanced ChatGPT-loaded version, which would be very helpful for seamless working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I frequently use it for preparing branding and marketing documents for my startups. Most importantly for creative presentations for business meetings. A-Z documentation-related work is done and solely dependent on Canva only for the same.
Canva: Bulk create, the merge correspondence of the '20s
What do you like best about the product?
The bulk create feature in Canva is a game-changer. Now, every design that Canva offers, from a diploma to a badge, can be personalized in just a few clicks. You can upload either a CSV, XLSX, or TSV file with the data, and then insert the fields that you need to be personalized. Even the output has options to name them using the columns contained in the file. This helps a lot when you are managing hundreds of records.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything to dislike. The price for Canva Teams is perfectly reasonable for all the work that can be done so easily in Canva, and new tools are frequently added as an extra benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Bulk Create app allows me to go the extra mile, personalizing cards, badges, and other documents that commonly are delivered to event participants without taking the time to ensure their names are on them. This can be done so easily and creates a different experience for the participants.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it offers everything from tools to create a wedding invitation to templates for Instagram videos. It's also extremely easy to use.

Nothing really, I have used it for over 8 years.

Canva makes it easy to create professional-quality designs without needing advanced design skills or complex software. It solves the problem of quick-turnaround visuals presentations, social posts, marketing collateral, and team templates can all be created in minutes. This saves time, reduces dependency on designers for simple tasks, and helps maintain brand consistency across teams.

Canva is an excellent online graphic design platform that allows users with no prior design knowledge to create professional-looking visual materials, the best part is that it's quick and easy to do.

As it is an online platform, the dependence on a constant internet connection can be a disadvantage in areas with poor connectivity, which can sometimes be a problem that prevents work from being done.

Thanks to Canva's extensive library, we can create customized designs according to our needs. It has multiple templates and predesigned elements that allows us to work quickly and achieve professional results.
Effortless Thumbnail Design with Fast, User-Friendly Tools
What do you like best about the product?
As a thumbnail designer, the best thing I love about Canva is how fast and easy it is to work with. The elements library is huge and very useful, and the background remover tool works quickly and gives clean results. Canva makes designing thumbnails really smooth and saves a lot of time

One thing I dislike about Canva is that many useful features are locked behind the Pro plan. Tools like background remover and some advanced features feel limited without upgrading. Also, some fonts and elements can’t be fully customized the way I want, which sometimes restricts creativity

Canva saves me a lot of time because the ready-made templates give a quick starting point for any thumbnail. I don’t have to design everything from scratch. Also, the easy editing tools especially being able to adjust elements and select specific areas smoothly make the whole process faster and more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I love Canva because it makes creating digital imagery and videography incredibly easy, intuitive, and fun. The platform turns content creation into a lively and entertaining experience, eliminating the usual burden and challenges associated with it. The features and the technology behind Canva's user experience are exceptional and truly make Canva stand out. Additionally, the setup process is pretty straightforward and user-friendly, as Canva prompts and guides you through the initial onboarding, despite the developed functionality and feature set they offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find organizing and storing content on Canva to be challenging. While I use it heavily for a variety of content creation tasks, it often results in a disorganized system due to the volume of content. This disorganization is partly due to our practices, but I also feel Canva could improve the user experience. Specifically, I would appreciate features that simplify and facilitate the organization, movement, and storage of files in a more intuitive and accessible manner.

I use Canva to simplify creating beautiful content for our website and social media, streamlining the process and making it enjoyable. Its features accommodate various platforms, easing the challenges of digital content creation.
Easy, Time-Saving Design with Some Limitations in Free Version
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Canva is how simple it is to create professional-looking designs, even without any prior design experience. I regularly use this application to make Instagram posts and stories. When I joined BizGurukul, I needed to create Instagram posts, so I turned to Canva for making posters and for preparing presentations for meetings. Although I didn't achieve any sales, I genuinely enjoyed the creative process. The drag-and-drop interface is very user-friendly, and there are plenty of ready-made templates for presentations, social media posts, and more. I also value the extensive library of images and fonts, which means I don't have to look elsewhere for resources. Canva is fast, saves me a lot of time, and helps my designs look polished, even though I'm not a professional designer.

Many of the top templates and images are restricted to the paid version, which means the free version offers only a limited selection of design options. This can make it challenging to access the full range of creative tools without upgrading.

Canva solves the problem of creating designs without needing to be a professional designer. Before Canva, to make presentations, social media posts, and marketing materials, we used to hire someone, or we ourselves spent countless hours learning a variety of software. With Canva, I can quickly put together appealing designs using templates, images I own, and available fonts, which are conveniently available on one platform. This saved me significant time, reduced my stress, and allowed my work to appear polished and professional, all without needing advanced design skills.
