Canva enables me to design, edit, and create whiteboards, presentations, social media posts, thumbnails, and much more.

As a pro user, I truly have no complaints about Canva. Everything works smoothly, and I find nothing to dislike about the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I would search for templates online and then manually recreate them in a standard editor. However, once I began using Canva, it made the process much easier. The tools offered by Canva are impressive, especially the AI features like text-to-image, as well as the wide range of ready-to-edit templates and presentations. These have been extremely helpful for me.

Canva makes design stupid-simple. I can create clean graphics, presentations, and social posts in minutes without messing around with complicated tools. It’s reliable, quick, and saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel locked behind the Pro version, and the limitations show when I need advanced editing. The mobile app can lag with larger designs, and the search results for elements sometimes feel cluttered. Collaboration also gets messy when multiple people edit the same design. Overall, great tool, but it could be smoother around the edges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes it fast and easy to create clean visuals without needing advanced design skills. I can build display ads, social visuals, and quick mockups in minutes instead of spending hours on complicated software. The templates, elements, and built-in tools cut out the busywork and let me focus on the actual content. It basically removes the technical barrier and speeds up the whole design process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Canva's easy drag-and-drop interface and the wide range of templates that allow me to create thumbnails, videos, and logos in just minutes. Canva's simplicity makes it easy to create professional thumbnails, logos, and videos quickly, without the need for complex design tools. Switching from Photoshop to Canva was a significant improvement because Canva is faster, easier, and more efficient for my everyday work. The initial setup of Canva was extremely easy, allowing my team to start designing within minutes. Overall, I find Canva incredibly user-friendly and efficient, which is why I gave it a recommendation score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Canva's advanced editing controls lacking, especially when dealing with heavier video files. I wish for more precise layer controls, better text effects, and stronger video timeline editing capabilities.
