First experience, good the first one!
What do you like best about the product?
Several functionalities available to cover all ICT needs on planning and accounting costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's complex, so you have to train continuosly

We didn't have an application to monitor ICT spending, how and how much

User interfaces, graphic design and the possibility to have all the needed details in one tool.

It is a little bit hard to create new tabular reports.

The complexity of the tables in the background and getting comfort that it’s the right data and drivers

Comparing data and surfacing themes to aid decision making.
A great all round experience with little to complain about.

I like how easy it is to customise you own environments and tools to suit your own personal needs as all organisations are different.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can complain about is the calculation time after checking in files.

Very easy to customize tables and reports. We managed to entirely automate internal cross-charging of 1,000,000+ monthly charge items across 400+ budgets

Performance issues caused by complex calculations. Support documentation is minimal and even Apptio-developed scripts cause slowness of product
